Harry walked past her. Harry didn't know if he would be able to go if he stopped to talk to her, he stopped for a minute, just to take a last glance, before he would walk on.
Ginny sensed something and looked up, but she saw nothing. She felt the girls grip lessen and her hand fell down. She closed the girls' eyes and looked back up. Then she heard it. She held her hand out until she felt the fabric and tugged on it. She stood up with the cloak in her hand. She knew what he was doing and she knew he must have a good reason, but she had to use all her willpower not to drag him back or beg him stay. She hugged him close.
"Just tell me why." Ginny pleaded. Harry hugged her close before looking at her.
"Gin, I – I am the last Horcrux." Harry told her. Harry could see the look of understanding in her eyes.
"Ginny, when I die, I hope you-" Harry started, wanting to wish her all happiness she could find, but Ginny stopped him.
"Don't, Harry, just… not that." Ginny pleaded. Harry kept silent for a bit.
"It's for the greater good." Harry said.
"The greater good." Ginny agreed. Harry kissed the top of her head softly, scared that if they shared a proper kiss, he wouldn't be able to go. He let go of her. Ginny looked up, Harry had disappeared as fast as he had appeared.
