Disclaimer: Nah, of course I don't own Harry Potter and Sirius. I would be off on a 80-days-around-the-world trip if I did. J.K Rowling does, by the way.
Author's notes: Hi there! Thanks for coming to check this out! It is one of my few rare and horrible attempts at writing a poem... But I just hope you will like it. =) Though I think it's quite bad...ugh.
Without You
Life with you had been much more fun,
Now you're gone, I'm the only one.
Sure, I've friends, but what's the use?
Without kin, without family,
Without you.
I don't count the Dursleys as family,
That Dudley's just a crybaby.
I look up and the sky's still so bright,
Why can't it be black, or at least night?
So it can be dark, and I can cry,
Alone. On my own. With no prying eyes.
So I don't have to say,
"Leave me alone, okay?"
Why can everything still stay the same?
The grass so green, some people still lame,
My hair jet-black, the sky damn blue,
Everything still cheery, even without you.
Tried to drown my sorrow,
With tears and beer,
Don't worry, Sirius,
It's only Butterbeer...
You're the closest I had to a father,
Now you're gone, leaving behind not even a feather.
When I had problems, you provided advice.
When we're down, you'd made us laugh.
But sadly...
That was all in the past.
You told me lots 'bout my family,
But now, you're -
It was you, Sirius, who shielded me,
From stupid Voldie,
And all his dumb babies*.
It was my fault...
I got you into this...
My fault... my fault... all because of me...
I promise you
I won't do anything foolish...
Though life's not worth living,
Without you.
Maybe, I'll get back at them.
Maybe, just maybe, come one day...
I'll take revenge.
* Note: The word 'babies' here refer to Voldemort's supporters. I just had to make it ryhme. Heheh.
So whaddaya think? Please leave your review! Thanks! ^v^
