I am
A little bit of loneliness
A little bit of disregard
Handful of complaints
But I can't help the fact
That everyone can see these scars
Ginny Weasly sat on a sink in the bathroom, watching the crimson blood drip from the cut on her arm. There were others, half healed just like it up and down each arm. She was so lonely, all she ever wanted was for him-or for anyone-to love her, but that was too much to ask for.
I am
What I want you to want
What I want you to feel
But it's like no matter what I do
I can't convince you
To just believe this is real
She tried so hard to be what he wanted her to be, to the point that she wasn't sure just who Ginny was anymore. Her scarlet hair was jet black, her eyes cold as steal. She was a vision of gothic beauty, but that still wasn't enough.
So I
Let go, watching you
Turn your back like you always do
Face away and pretend that I'm not
But I'll be here 'cause you're all that I got
She followed him silently, almost stalking him, trying to find a hint of anything that she could do to make herself more desirable. She started to interrogate him, desperately but he just ignored her pleas, hoping that she'd go away. But she wouldn't, she'd never abandon him, he was all she wanted, and all she had.
I can't feel the way I did before
Don't turn your back on me
I won't be ignored
Time won't heal
This image anymore
Don't turn your back on me
I won't be ignored
He wanted nothing but for her to disappear but it seemed that the more he ignored her, the more persistent she became. She grinned in spite of herself, he would never forget her, she'd never fade into the background like she used to, she was happy perky Ginny no more.
I am a little bit insecure
A little unconfident
But you don't understand
I do what I can
Sometimes it don't make sense
Despite all she had done, she still felt insecure like she used to. She never let anyone see it though, because it seemed that the more she tried to attract him the more he looked away and the more others eyes focused on her.
I am
What you never want to see
But I've never had a doubt
But it's like no matter what I do
I can't convince you
For once just to here me out
He lost his cool once, that icy composure that made her so obsessed with him, yelling that she never could be what he wanted. She had only laughed; she never doubted for a minute that she couldn't become exactly what she wanted. She quickly wiped the blood off her wrist and exited the bathroom, determined to confront him.
So I
Let go, watching you
Turn your back like you always do
Face away and pretend that I'm not
But I'll be here 'cause you're all that I got
She saw him in the hallway, far ahead of her. Grinning wickedly she quickened her pace following him to his house's common room.
I can't feel the way I did before
Don't turn your back on me
I won't be ignored
Time won't heal
This image anymore
Don't turn your back on me
I won't be ignored
He wouldn't forget her now; she'd be the last thing he ever saw. By the time she was finished he'd be begging her to stop, telling her how much he wanted and loved her.
Hear me out now
You're gonna listen to me
Like it or not right now
Hear me out now
You're gonna listen to me
Like or not
He stretched out lazily on the couch, she grinned the time was now. She sat on his stomach, pulling a knife out from under her cloak. Her eyes dancing wickedly she pressing the cold steel against his throat. He opened his eyes and stared at her wildly.
"Ginny! WH-what are you doing?"
"Goodbye Draco."
I can't feel
The way I did before
Don't turn your back on me
I won't be ignored....
