That doesn't talk,

That doesn't breath.

That's why I read my books.

Kakashi snapped his book closed and turned his head to Naruto squinting up at him. "Happy?"

"Whatever…" Naruto shrugged. "I don't like them."

"I know that, Naruto," Kakashi tucked his Icha Icha in his weapons pocket.

"I just don't see what fascinates you!" Naruto blushed at the dirty thought that entered his mind, but brushed it off thinking that Kakashi would never do such a vile thing.

"Naruto?" Kakashi asked.

"Yeah?"

"Why do you like ramen so much?" Kakashi eyed curiously.

Empty is the stomach that doesn't eat,

That doesn't think,

That doesn't feel.

That's why I like ramen.

"…" Kakashi sighed and laughed.

"Hey, what's so funny?" Naruto scowled.

"Okay Naruto…three words…What the hell?" Kakashi sat on the stone wall behind them.

"Hey! I at least tried to sound smart," Naruto joined Kakashi on the wall.

"Trying is one thing Naruto," Kakashi teased. "Being smart is another."

"HEY!" Naruto reached into Kakashi's weapons pouch and before Kakashi could react, Naruto held the book up high threatening to drop it in the river below.

"What are doing with that?" Kakashi jumped up and a twinkle of worry flickered in his eye.

"Oh nothing, just hope I don't drop it seeing that I'm stupid and all." Naruto made a face.

"Don't you dare," Kakashi took a step forward about to slap Naruto across the face, but Naruto pretended to trip and this made Kakashi flinch. "Hand over the book, now."

"Um…yet me think about that…NO!" Naruto stuck out his tongue.

"Naruto, I'm warning you…" Kakashi threatened.

"Eh," Naruto rubbed his chin. "I don't really feel like it."

"Alright that's it!" Kakashi disappeared and reappeared behind Naruto. "You my little friend, have three second to hand over the book. One…"

"Sorry sensei, no can do." Naruto stuffed the book messily away in his jacket pocket.

"Two," Kakashi formed the seal of the tiger.

"No thanks," Naruto stepped away from Kakashi.

"THREE!" Kakashi went to perform one of his fav jutsus, but Naruto dashed off laughing at the top of his lungs when Kakashi thrusted his arms in front of him. Kakashi lost his footing and fell back into the river.

"Try and catch me Kakashi-sensei!" Naruto ran down the street.

"Naruto…" Kakashi grumbled making bubbles form on the surface of the water.
