Adorkable, that was one of many words that described Evan Tolliver. He was Handsome, Funny, Smart, and actually loved her. What more could a girl want in a guy? Nothing. Well that's exactly what Amy thought. And was thinking at the moment as they walked in the orchard only a few miles from Cahill manor. Evan was wearing his normal clothes, but Amy was wearing a jade green knee length dress. She also wore sandals that almost blended with her skin, and had gone far enough as to comb her hair and just let it flow all over her shoulders. When they reached what they liked to call their tree, they sat down and Evan pulled something out of his pocket.
"Amy… I'm…Not very good at this sort of thing… but I got you this." Evan held out a necklace with a beautiful jade stone in the middle of a circle of diamonds. It was the most beautiful thing Amy had ever seen.
"Evan, it's beautiful," Amy turned so that her back was facing him. He slipped the necklace over her head and snapped the clasp. She lifted it up so she could see it, and then she hugged Evan. "Thank you."
He hugged her back and said, "You're welcome."
Once she released him they leaned against their tree and looked at the stars. After they made out every constellation they could find, they headed back to his car. They didn't say a word during the entire car ride, but when they reached Cahill manor Evan walked Amy up to the door. Evan started to say something when Amy leaned in and kissed him. And it was by far the best kiss Amy had ever had.
