I don't think that field of green

Has ever looked this good to me

I think about how she died

I count the minutes that I cried

I need her to be here again

Walking through lie without a friend

And I'm crying 'cause I want her back

I don't think I ever thought that this

That I could hold her one last time

And I could tell you, she loved the tennis ball

She liked to run fast

Forget about it all

She was so beautiful

She had some pretty eyes

She used to always hide

If she could hear the thunder outside

I think of the good times

Doesn't she know that I'll miss her for a long time

Watched a friend carry her from the street

Laid her down and I saw her bleed
