RoyEd Wedding
A/N: The long awaited day for them to get married! *cries of happiness*
Ed took a deep breath. Today was the day. The day him and Roy got married. There was a knock on the door. "Isn't it bad luck to see the bride before the wedding?" Ed called out. "Brother, it's just me." Alphonse said. "Oh, come on in." Ed told him. "Are you ready?" Alphonse asked. "Yes… I love him. Of course I'm ready." Ed said. "Ok, brother. I'll leave you alone for awhile." Alphonse said, leaving the room. Leaving Ed looking at himself in the mirror. "I'm ready.." he whispered.
Roy's POV
Roy looked himself in the mirror, then looked down at the wedding ring he was going to give his almost-husband. As he studied the ring, he heard a knock on the door, which made him jump. "Who is it?" he asked. "It's me, Maes." Maes said. "Come on in, Hughes." he said. "Are you ready for this, Roy?" Maes asked. "Of course I am. I'm marrying the FullMetal Alchemist.. The thing I've wanted to do for so long. I never would've imagined I would end up where I am, ACTUALLY marrying him." Roy said. "Wedding starts in 10 minutes." Maes said, as the door clicked shut. "Ed, in 1 hour we will be married." Roy whispered.
Ed's POV
There was another knock on the door. "Brother, it's time." Alphonse said. "Alphonse.. Walk me down?" Ed asked. "Of course, brother." Alphonse said, smiling. We got out to the chapel, and everyone stood up. Alphonse interlocked his arm with mine, and walked me down. Roy was standing there, at the end of the chapel, in a black suit, similar to the one I am wearing. Alphonse let go of my arm, and I walked up to Roy. As soon as I got to him, he immediately took my hands in his, and I looked up, and smiled at him. The minister went through the vows, and we kept saying: "I do." When we finished the vows, Roy put my ring on my finger, and I put his on his finger. He kissed where my ring was put on my finger. "Our lives, they're Equivalent Exchange. I gave you my life, and you gave me yours…" I say, and start crying of happiness. "Edward, I love you. Whoever would've guessed that two alchemists from Amestris would fall in love and get married? I love you, so much." he said to me. "I love you too, Roy." I said. He kisses me, and I kiss him back. We left the chapel together. This was the beginning of our lives together.
