I remember looking around female anatomy studies and seeing this particularity of female anatomy C:

"Mmm, I think I see a heart."

Those words, as silent as they were, still startled Rosa into turning quickly to look over at the looming Ezio, dark eyes questioning and exquisite. For the past hour, he'd been caressing her, in a way that would have set her blood on fire, if she'd had the energy (Ezio was a passionate lover and rarely left the lady in his arms have any power after a close encounter with him). For an hour she'd felt calloused fingers tracing indiscernible patterns on her skin, circles, squares, stars and little crowns, vicious daggers stabbing a traitor and hidden blades. Her skin had felt cold in the beginning, cooled by the slight breeze coming from the window and the sheen of sweat covering her body, but a trail of a weird, hot feeling was left in the wake of his touch, until the moment every inch of her was burning in a want she didn't have the power to extinguish. She was exhausted.

For the last hour he hadn't uttered a word. They hadn't needed that: she needed only watch him, he needed only touch her. But now, he'd just said something that quite confused her.

Where the hell would he find a heart? Last time she looked there hadn't been any strange organs in her room.

"Where?"

"Here," with a cryptic smile, he poked her somewhere on her lower back.

"Huh?" not in the mood of many words, she tried to twist her back into seeing it, but it was physically impossible for her to do so.

With a low, throaty laugh, he interrupted her looking for the mysterious heart and gently guided her head back to the pillow. She swatted him hand away.

For a second he stopped, but then his fingers ascended once again and this time, they touched her lower back, where they mapped out a simple heart. It tickled her a bit and she was left with a burning feeling, but, really, she could sense the figure he'd made on her body.

"Amazing, signorina. Leonardo told me about that once, supposedly it shows up on women fit enough. He even showed me sketches, but I've never saw a female with it. Amazing, Amazing..." he continued rambling to herself, all the while leading his finger on that part, making her shiver more and more.

The only thing she could do is nestle even deeper in the sheets and sigh to herself.

Never again did Ezio find a heart on another woman. Never again did Rosa meet a man who found out the heart on her back.
