Intro:

Even with that huge dog like creature in front of me, I can still remember the things around me; Leabridge road, the traffic building trying to get past the early morning rush hour. The shops, just opening, the lights flickering inside. Curtains being pulled aside slowly, the owner waking up for work... I turned my attention back to the dog that, five minutes ago, had come screaming down the road. Its eyes bore into me, I could feel it peering into my very soul. I could smell the last meal it had, smoke seeping through its jagged, and saliva dripping teeth. I stood there, frozen, almost in time itself. Some people may disagree, but I didn't mean to become the centre of attention, honestly. This is how I ended up in that situation...

Chapter 1:

There's a small room with a single bed taking up a quarter of it, a chest of draws directly opposite equalling half of the entire room. A desk with a laptop on it taking the other side of the room. On the bed, a 17 year old adolescent teen snoring with the sheets half on him, half on the floor. The alarm screeched, I awoke with a start, slapping the alarm knocking it on the floor and slumping my head back onto my pillow. I could already tell it was going to be one of those mornings... After about another 5 minutes of snoring happily, my mum stomped up the stairs slammed the door open, almost breaking it. She had that look on her that meant if I don't do what she said, blood will fly. ''Get up, RIGHT NOW. You're late for college.'' She ripped the blankets off of me and I gave one of my world famous ''in a minute'' groans. I fell out of my bed, my foot landed in a pizza I must of ate over a week ago.

"Eugh... Gross..." I lifted my foot, inspecting the mess. I clumsily got up, throwing on the uniform strewn across my room.
