Ramblings of a Mad Man
Blue eyes narrow, "Everyone has a breaking point." Watch the pen. Tap. Tap. Tap. Annoying. "Obviously, or I wouldn't be here." Up and down. The utensil hit the legal paper. Just make it STOP.
"Now Roxas," Blinded by fancy education, the voice spoke. Needless-words. "Could you answer a few questions for me?"
Lips twitch, just smirk. "I could," Drawl out it out, "But I won't." Crazy? He wasn't. Insane? No. No. No.
"For once it would be nice for you to cooperate."
"Why should I be nice?" Eyebrow arching. "You haven't given me any reason to be." Horrid man. Stupid Shrink. "If anything I should be furious." This wasn't fury. Calm. Composed. Everything but, just the opposite.
"Do you know why you're here?"
Laugh with twisted merriment. "Yeah," M.A.D. We're all mad here. "But you're wrong." Wrong, dead wrong. Dead. Dead. Dead. Just. Like. Him. "Everyone else is crazy." Not me. No, you're all off of your rockers. The whole lot of you.
"Well, I'm not in the padded cell."
"Touché." Check. Move the king from imminent destruction. Game is not done yet.
"Now, enough with your silly games." The semblances of polite conversation dissipate. "Do you know why you're here?"
"I killed him." Too easily said. Heart races in remembrance.
"Yes, so it seems. Your twin Sora."
Sora, Sora, Sora. The angel's not flying now. "Yes." Bite down on the chapped lip. Pause. "I hate him." Snarl, spit out the bad taste from your mouth.
"And why is that?"
The man asked. Mocking. "There's no such thing as perfection." Grin. "He deserved to die. He was an anomaly." He was going to fly to close to the sun. He needed to be stopped before his wings melted. Sora was going to crash. The descent had been halted before he fell too far. Cut out the climbing to the sun, vanquish before the chance began.
AN; Alright so forgive me for the strange tense in which this story was written. It was for stylistic purposes so I threw out the grammar rule book at what not. Anyhoo, tell me what you think about Crazy Roxas. Until next time;
