This chapter might be somewhat vague but when the time comes that I could release more chapters, this will all make sense. "Kyoya! Hurry up!" A voice called with a running sound.

"Coming!" Kyoya replied while also running.

They stopped as soon as they got into their destination. It looks like they are outside the arcade shop. Kyoya was panting heavily in exhaustion.

"You're so slow Kyoya." a male voice complained.

"We just finished our club practice so you can't blame me." Kyoya said still panting.

"Let's just go inside already! My hands are on fire for the new gaming consoles!" the male voice said and ran directly inside.

"W-Wait..." Kyoya said as he looked straight.

From a very fixed city, everything became totally dark and chaotic. Broken glasses and debris from buldings, cars on the road scattered everywhere.

"SAVE YOURSELF KYOYA!" a male voice said while running away from a horde of zombies with an axe.

"T-Takeru..." Kyoya said silently and got cornered with a bunch of zombies. "Crap!"

Kyoya moved away a little and the zombies were moving closer to him. Kyoya cannot move away any further so he stopped.

'I-Is this where I'm gonna die?' Kyoya thought to himself and closed his eyes accepting his fate.

"Kyoya-kun? Kyoya-kun?! Wake up!" A voice of a girl was heard.

*REALITY*

He suddenly lifted his head up from his palm. His vision got blurr for a few seconds so he wiped his two eyes to see clearly then he saw the four girls Takeya Yuki, Ebisuzawa Kurumi, Wakasa Yuuri and Naoki Miki.

"Are you alright? You seem pretty tired." Yuuri asked in worry.

"Don't worry Rii-san, I'm fine." Kyoya said to decrease her worry.

"You've been patrolling the whole day, are you sure you don't want to rest?" Miki asked.

"I'm alright really, no need to worry." Kyoya said while waving his hand

"Just as always, He's been overdoing his patrol." Kurumi said while wiping her shovel.

"Well it's obvious because you said we'd have a competition." Kyoya said and Kurumi's mood darkened. "And didn't you say you'd do anything I say if you lose." Kurumi's mood got even more darker.

"Y-You just won because you cheated! You went down the restricted floor just to kill more!" Kurumi protested.

"But you didn't say anything about going there." Kyoya said with confidence while pointing his finger up.

"I-I know but-"

"Then for my request. I want you to take a photo of yourself kissing shovel-kun." Kyoya said and Kurumi lifted her shovel with anger.

"LIKE HELL I WILL DO THAT!" Kurumi smacked him with her shovel and Kyoya was knocked out cold.

"Kyoya-kun?!" Yuuri echoed her voice in worry.

"That must have hurt." Miki said looking at Kyoya on the ground.

"If you don't want to kiss Shovel-kun, why not kiss Kyoya-kun?" Yuki suggested and Kurumi suddenly turned red.

"H-How could you say that Yuki!?" Kurumi said in embarrasment.

"Hehe..." Kyoya laughed a little while still on the ground and it made Kurumi even more angry.

"What are you laughing at?!" Kurumi shouted and choked him with her shovel.

"S-Spare me..." Kyoya said with a choking voice.

Yuki and Miki just laughed on the two of us while Yuuri looked at Kyoya with pity eyes. The five of them are the members of The School Living Club that strive to survive on this horrible tragedy.

*INTRO*

I'm Kyoya Habane, a 3rd Year Highschool student from Seishuu Corporal High School. I'm 5 feet and 10 inches tall, has a bluish eyes, light-blonded downspike hair and has a slender and somewhat muscular body. My weapons are a Kukri Machete and a Katana that I recieved from my current school. My life was as normal as this 3 girls who are struggling to survive. If your mind is already questioning "How I met this 3 girls?". Well, this is the story of it.

*FLASHBACK: MANY WEEKS PAST*

It was a dark cold night in Megurigaoka Private High School. Three girls were sleeping peacefully on there beds then suddenly, Yuki woke up.

"I've got a brilliant idea!" Yuki shrieked

"Ughhh... What is it?" Kurumi woke up on Yuki's noise.

"I'm thinking of..." Yuki said while looming in excitement.

"Thinking of what?" Kurumi asked while rubbing her eyes.

"You'll find out the rest tomorrow!" Yuki said and Kurumi karate chopped her.

"Ugghh... You two are so loud." Yuuri woke up while rubbed her eyes then Yuki cried and hugged her. "There there, what's wrong?"

"Kurumi-chan's karate chop dented my skull." Yuki said while crying.

"SKULLS DON'T DENT!" Kurumi yelled.

"No violence." Yuuri said and Yuki nodded while sniffling.

"Well, she's being all High-and-Mighty." Kurumi said.

"But, rather than telling it to you now. Isn't it more fun knowing the surprise by tomorrow?" Yuki said and it left Kurumi thinking.

"Fine, just do it without disturbing anyone's sleep." Kurumi said and goes back to sleep.

"She's right. We've been busy these past few days, we should get plenty of rest." Yuuki said.

"Okay!" Yuki shrieked and the two of them went back to sleep.

The night has become peaceful again. But then suddenly, Yuki giggled and made another disturbing noise.

"Sleep!" Kurumi complained.

"But..." Yuki said.

"We can't sleep with your noise, right Rii-san?" Kurumi asked and Yuuri didn't reply. "Rii-san?"

"Zzzzzz..." Yuuri was sleeping soundly.

"Only Rii-san..." Kurumi said.

*THE NEXT DAY: AT THE MALL*

It was a very bright but not so happy morning. Kei was packing on her sling bag while Miki was asleep. After a few minutes, Miki up and saw Kei.

"What're you doing?" Miki asked.

"I'm leaving." Kei said directly.

"L-Leaving? Why?" Miki asked but Kei didn't answer instead she just walked towards the door. "Hey! Wait!"

The two of them paused for a moment. "Do you plan on living here forever?" Kei asked. "Do you want to live in fear all the time?"

Miki was lost of words so Kei dodged on her side and slowly removing the boxes blocking by the door. Miki cannot do anything aside from watching her. Taroumaru squeeled in sadness while looking at Kei.

"Taroumaru." Miki whispered.

Just as the boxes where all removed, Kei lightly opened the door and peeked to reassure that there are no infected on her way out.

"I'll be alright if I go now." Kei said.

"Kei." Miki said and holds her hand.

"Are you satisfied by just living in that room, just staying alive?" Kei asked and Miki gasped while removes her hand to hers. "Don't worry, I promise I'll bring help." Kei said and grabbed her CD Player from her bag. "In the meantime, hold this for me." Kei requested but she refused.

Kei dropped down her CD Played on the floor. "Goodbye." Kei bid farewell and took her leave.

Miki was left with a sad and depressing face. Taroumaru smelled the CD Player on the floor and barked at Miki.

"SHUT UP!" Miki shouted.

Taroumaru squeeled in fright and tried to run away. Miki realized her deeds and hugged Taroumaru tightly.

"I'm sorry." Miki said not letting Taroumaru go. "I'm so sorry."

KEI's POV

I am aware of the dangerous journey ahead of me. I am afraid, afraid of turning into on of those monsters. But if no one would act between Miki and I, nothing will happen except being stuck in that room. I feel bad on leaving Miki behind, but I cannot force her to go out if she doesn't want to. I was on my way to the ground floor. I managed to avoid the monsters on the way. As I safely got there, I thought of going to the grocery store to gather some food supplies for my journey.

"Alright." I mightily nodded and entered inside the store.

I carefully walked and searched everywhere and avoiding encounters with those monsters. After a while, I found the canned goods section.

"Here it is." I whispered.

I kneeled down and quickly gathered every ginger soy beef cans and stored it in my bag. As I was about to leave, my bag accidentally slammed to the other cans and it all fell down creating a huge banging noise.

"Oh no!" I said in panic the monsters began to appear and growl behind me.

I quickly ran to forward and I feel the monsters were chasing me. I tried to exit the grocery store but I saw more of them outside. I had no choice but to ran to the remain inside and try to lose them. I just kept on running and running until I already face a wall in front of me.

"A dead end!" I said in panic.

I looked behind her and saw a lot of monsters going towards my direction. I stepped backward and closed my eyes while shaking in fear. Just as I was about to accept my fate, I heard a loud whistle coming from a quite far location. It attracted all the monsters cornering me then my sight became dark and I lost consciousness. From there, I can no longer remember everything that happened.

*AN HOUR LATER : UNKNOWN LOCATION*

NORMAL POV

Kei was inside a military vehicle still unconscious. An unknown figure was driving it. After a few minutes, the vehicle stopped on what looks like a full-barricaded school. The unknown figure left the vehicle and carried up the unconscious Kei inside the school. He dropped her to the inside door of the barricade, then he knocked on the door and quickly ran to the vehicle to leave.

"Who's there?" a man opened the door looking from left to right then he look down. "H-Holy Moly! What is this?!" he asked in shock.

The man noticed a a piece of paper on the shoulder of Kei. He picked it up and read the contents of the letter.

"Please take care of this girl, she is in need of help. Don't worry about her, she's fine and unharmed. I already examined her and no bite marks spotted on her. Give her food and clothes as she wakes up. Don't do anything funny to her or I'll come back with your asses all beaten. And also don't question my whereabouts, it doesn't concern anyone of you. I might or might never come back again. But whatever my decision is, just keep that girl in good hands." -Captain
