The Loud's were sitting at the table eating breakfast, talking about the activities they were gonna do today.

"Hey Lori,will you take me to the comic store a new ace savvy came out!"

"Can't Bobby and I is going on a date today!"

"Oh come on!"

"It's ok bro you could chill with me for today!"

"Usually I would, but-"

Knock Knock

"I'll get it!" says Leni

The knocking got harder and faster like someone was in a hurry.

"I'm coming!"

The pounding turn into kicking the door.

"I said that I was com-"

"Please Help!" said what sounded like a woman voice

"Leni don't open the-!" Rita shouted but It was to late,Leni opens the door and as soon as she did, a man with his face peeled off and bones showing started chewing at the women's necks. Blood started gushing out as she screams out in agony. The woman fell down with that….thing on top of her soaking the carpet in red.

"OH MY GOD!" Leni shrieked

The thing looked up and walked towards Leni, The little kids started to shriek while the bigs kids pulled them into the kitchen. grabben a kitchen knife and ran toward the thing and stabbed in the back, but it kept on moving towards him,grabbing on to his legs pushing him down towards the floor. Rita ran over picked up the kitchen knife and stabbed the thing in the head. Rita drew back with bloody knife in her hand. They stood there in shock, they heard one more gurgling from woman which drew their attention towards the real world.

"Lynn,Leni go check on the kids!" Rita yelled at her husband and daughter , they quickly scrambled towards their feet and ran into the kitchen. Rita rushes off to the woman only to see she had died from blood loss. She grabbed some rubber gloves and started to pick up the woman. She was half-way out the door when another one of those things started coming up to the house. She put down the woman on the front porch and grabbed the thing and put the body next to the woman. Soon about 20-30 things started walking up to the house. Rita quickly close the door,lock it shut, and put the couch towards the door blocking anyone from coming in. She looks out the window and sees the woman's body was being torn apart.

Rita felt the urge to throw up as she close the curtains and walks over the telephone and dialed 911…. No answer…, that not right. She drops the phone and was about to walk into kitchen when she heard a scream. It was coming from the kitchen,she runs in to see those things broke through the door and is walking to the kitchen Lynn Jr and sr are hitting them with bats trying to fend them away.

"Leni when I say grab that pipe on that kitchen counter and run upstairs with the kids, Lori,Luan,Luna,Lynn, and Lincoln stay with me." They did exactly as she said with the children left to stay here. Gathering Lynn's spare bats. They started running towards the undead and hitting them with little to no effect.

"Hit them in the head!" Rita screamed thinking back to when she stabbed the thing in the head.

They started bashing them in the head..hard. Blood soaked the bats as they kept hitting them. They started to beginning feel like there was no end,when one of the undead head was blown to bits. Soon they all started falling down and after the massacre was done stood Mr. Grouch holding a shotgun in his hand.

"Thought you will need help Louds!" He says walking up the back porch. He enters the house and looked around. "Seems you guys have quite a mess here." he says in a non-caring

"Thank you for saving us,but can you explain to us what going on?" Said Lynn sr

"What do you think, it's the damn apocalypse."

"What!" The kids shouted in unison

"Does not matter I will explain on the way, we will have to leave this place,more of those things will come here and i will not be here to help ya."

"We can't just leave here, it our home!" shouted Rita

"Rita we have no choice Grouch is right we have to go before they get us and our children." says Lynn in a sad tone

"But-"

"No buts our children lives are at stake, we have to go." Lynn said in serious tone

" ok" she say nodding her head

"Kids grab the things you need most and tell your younger sibling to do the same." Lynn says grabbing a pistol from the drawer and loading it. They rushed up stairs to grab the stuff they need the most. The parents started putting canned foods into bags and start grabbing kitchen knives and placing them in the bags.

"Is that it?" ask

"Hold on,Kid's Let Go!"

The kids came down with big bags and Lynn sr ran outside and pulled the bags into vanzilla. He looks at Lana pets and realise he can't take all of them so he called Lana outside.

"Lana I'm sorry ,but you got take one pet."

"What!" Lana shouted not believing her ears

"We can't take them!"

"But-"

"No buts just pick, we have to hurry"

"Charles and hops."

He grabs the dog and frog and packed them up in the Van. He turns around to see more of the undead comin up the street. He told Lana to get in the van and rushes inside.

"We gotta go,more comin up the street!"

They all rushed to vanzilla and got in. Lynn sr. counted heads and with satisfaction drives off.

"Now Mr. Grouch could you explain the what the hell is going on?" Lynn says

" I can't even begin to tell what I don't know myself." The only thing I saw was the dead walking and I've seen enough in my lifetime to know that ain't good." he says in the somber tone

"That does not explain anything." Rita says.

"Mom where are we going?" asked Lori, she is deeply concern for bobby and wanted to go check up on him.

"Were going to get pop pop."

"Wait what about Ronnie-anne!?"

"What about her?" Rita

"We can't leave her or Bobby."

Lynn sr sighed and looked at Rita who gave him a expression that said you tell them.

"Kids we can't whatever is happening here is dangerous and we need to get our family and get out of here." Lynn says ready for the outburst, but it never came. He turns around and see the kids looking at something. He looks in their direction and see it a person standing on the rooftop of a school.

It looked like a kid but they could not be sure. Once the person saw their vehicle, he/she started running into the building.

"Lynn keep going forward." Rita said not trusting the school.

"Maybe we should check it out-"

"NO!" Rita shouted.

"Maybe your wife is right Lynn, something going on in this school."

Lynn nods and started driving forward. Rita took one look back and saw a group of adults looking at them with anger, she turns around immediately and sank down in her seat.

"Hey dad what's gonna become of us?" Lori asked.

" I do not know."
