in a village that host ninja and non-ninja alike there was a clan. this clan wasnt a ninja no it was a non-ninja clan but very powerfull. you see this clan was an idian clan called the Blacks. they moved to this village a few years ago when the elders thought it was time to see difrint villages.

Billy back, one of the non-ninja elder and chief of his clan was on his way to the hokage tower with a few of his clan was carrying a small bundle. her mother didnt want enything to do with her or the clan so Billy was left alne with no choice.
as he got there hewalked strait to the meeting room and walks in followed my 2 members of his clan. 'Ah Billy good to se youve made it' Hiruzan, the 3rd hokage said at the head of the table. Billy bows 'sorry to keep you waiting my friend but i had to do a meeting with all my members of my clan' he says as he looks down at the small bundle in his arms. 'of corse Billy now lets get this meeting started shall we.' he says as Billy hands the small bundle over to pne of his clan members and sits down. 'Now we come here today to see about a request from the blacks requesting to go back to there village' evreyone hers this and looks at them' yes i made that request because back in our home land we fear that it is getting atacked by cold ones and we still have some family there we need to pretect' billy says to everyone 'the why not bring them here' fugaku uchiha says. 'no that land was of my fathers land and is stil apart of the quileute sakrit land' he says 'Alright ill allow you and your clan this Billy' the hokage says'thank you my lord but may i ask a request' the hokage and the councal member look at him'if i may i witch to leave my Daughter here in this village so she will be protected from any cold ones' the cooncal all look at each other and mumble quetly to eachother and the hokage thinks for a few and looks around the table 'well what do yo all think' inochi yamanaka stood up' the councal has talked and since you and your people have saved meny in this village from ruge-nin. we grant your request black' Billy bows his head a little as thanking him and looks around 'my clan and i thank you. i will leave my Daughter to you hakage-sama just remember what my people peses. the wolf geen is still affect. my son and other men in my clan have it and when she gets older she may start showing it' the hokage nods' all right all the clans will take care of her and watch out for the sighns is there anything else' the hokage ask 'yes sir. when she gets older and ready to date dont arange a marriege with anothjer clan for her. do you remember what i said about wolf mating-evreyone nods- good well this one has bean imprinted on by one of my boys, Sam uley.' he says and the hokage looks at bith boys 'how will this take when you both will be apart?'
