The Interview:
Everyone was seated on the uncomfortable chairs in the small room. Why they were there and what had caused them to be there, they did not know. It all started with a bet. The moment Sakura won, they all knew that they were doomed.
"Mr. Deidara, you can now enter the room." A voice called.
Deidara's Interview:
The four judges, Kakashi Hatake, Kurenai Yuhi, Asuma Sarutobi and Gai Maito, were sitting behind a long table. Deidara took a seat in front of them. It started. (If you had not realized, it is an interview for a famous university)
"Why are you here?" asked Kakashi.
"Because of a dare I lost and no I will not explain 'cause that's my problem old man."
"What do you live for?" Kurenai questioned.
"ART!! Art is an explosion. Art is a moment's beauty ... fragile ... fleeting..." he answered dreamily.
"What do you think about life?" Asuma asked.
"Life's only beautiful ... because it's so fleeting, so transient." came the reply.
"What do you care about youthful young man?" asked Gai.
"Art, friends, other stuff like…umm..."he answered.
"Are you interested in being something other than an artist? Like a medic, an engineer?" asked Kakashi.
"No. Not really. That's more Sakura's thing." Deidara said.
"Who is that? Your girlfriend, sister, cousin, friend?" Asuma questioned curiously.
"Just the reason why I'm here. She really is great when she wants to but Sakura is sad and depressed all the time now. It is a pity what happened to her." Deidara told them.
"What happened to that girl?" Kurenai asked feeling sorry for the person she didn't even know and fearing the worst that can happen to someone.
"That does not form part of the interview. Now, if you may excuse me, I have wasted enough time." the young man said as he got up and hurried out before the adults started questioning him again.
"What happened to him? I wonder what happened to that girl to make him not want to say anything about it." the members of the jury thought.
