"I'm so bored," Shane said, looking around at his friends.

"I am too!" Mitchie agreed.

"Me three." Caitlyn added.

"Me four," said Ella.

"Me fi--"

"Okay, okay! I get the point!" Nate was cut off by Alex.

"We should do something," Jason said, munching on sunflower seeds.

"We should," Shane agreed.

"I agree," Mitchie added.

"Me three," Caitlyn said.

"Me four!" Ella exclaimed.

"Me fi--"

"What about Broken Telephone?" Nate was cut off by Alex.

"How do you play that?" Peggy asked.

"Well, basically, you whisper any word or phrase into the next person's ear, and then they whisper the first thing they thought of into the next person's ear, and then when we've gone in a full circle, we each say what we said out loud, to see where it started and how it ended up," Alex explained.

"So basically it's just Telephone?" Jason inquired.

"Yeah, but it's the first thing you think of instead of what you heard."

"Okay, I got it," Jason said. "Can I start?"

"Sure."

Jason whispered something into Caitlyn's ear, who whispered into Ella's ear, who whispered into Alex's ear, who whispered to Mitchie's ear, who whispered into Tess's ear, who whispered into Peggy's ear, who whispered into Shane's ear, who whispered into Nate's.

"Well, okay, now that we've ended, we go around saying what we said out loud," Alex instructed."

"Okay, well I started with 'Birds!!!'" Jason shouted happily, while everyone else rolled their eyes.

"Ducks," Caitlyn followed.

"Yellow." Ella.

"Sun." Alex said, flatly.

"Summer." Mitchie said dreamily, looking at Shane.

"Hot." Tess.

"Hotdog." Peggy.

"HOT GIRL!" Shane screamed, while everyone else rolled their eyes again.

And then Nate, blushing into a shade of ripe tomato, squeaked out, "Alex."

This actually happened this year during school with my friends and some other girls and guys, during study hall. It was so hilarious, and we cracked up and half of us got detentions. But it was worth it, because the guy and the girl went out after that. Anyways, hoped you liked it!
