"You don't get it, do you?" She stated lifting her arms up frantically in the air.
"No, I guess that I don't 'get it'" Red eyes leveled to slits while gray eyes sparkled with the threat of tears.
"I love you, you... you twit!" Yuffie roared over the crowd. Silence befalls the group while everyone turns to watch the scene play out.
"I've been in love with you for like ever now and you... you just can't see me like that can you?" Tears split over and rolled down thin cheeks while she sobs out her heartbreak.
"Everything I've ever done has been for you. You, Vincent and you are too dumb to see. To caught up in everything but me." Slender fingers prod at the gunman's chest while she berates him.
"Can't you see? Do you know understand? The pain I've been put through while waiting for you?" She practically screams her admission to him uncaring of the fact that her melt down was during one of the many get gatherings that her best friend planned.
Murmurs die down while everyone's eyes turn to Vincent all waiting for his deceleration of his own feelings. Something, anything to put the girl, no, woman now out of her misery.
The clock ticks away while she gathers herself from her hysterical outbreak. Gray meet up with red searching for even the slightest bit of hope only to find nothing. His eyes are blank, a void of any emotion. They are the eyes of a killer and she takes a rather loud intake of air before she volleys forward.
"But, you don't, do you? You can't? It's always going to be her, isn't it?" Sniff. Her hand wipes away the tears from her cheek while she turns away from him just now remembering that her break down isn't as private as she thought.
"Funny, how after all this you still have something to atone for now."
"...Yu..." His voice cracked breaking the quiet showing only a hint of emotion to them, but then just like everything with him it gets sealed up behind that ever present wall. She turns towards his voice shaking her head.
"Save it Valentine. I understand what you went through with her, because you've done it to me." Sniff. She clears her throat before turning back around to face the others. "Only I know that you love me back..." She whispers before she breaks off into a sprint towards the door and out of sight. Dashing down alleyways and not stopping. She passes people, buildings, blocks go by before she realizes that she's ran clear out of town. She keeps running and not daring to look back.
