A/N: Heeeeeeey, so instead of working on my ongoing stories, like a good writer, I wrote the third cabinet battle (cheeky grin). Now, I know that there is already a third cabinet battle, but I wanted to try a different version. This is, in my mind, taking place after the Reynolds Pamphlet, and the guys are trying to figure out what to do about Hamilton and his questionable activities;) This is mostly original work from me, except for the intro, characters, and a few other Hamilton song references:)

Washington

Ladies and gentlemen,

You could've been anywhere

In the World tonight,

But you're here with us in

New York City!

Are you ready for

A cabinet meeting?

The subject on the table:

Secretary Hamilton's refusal to shoulder

His regrets and accept the

Immediate removal from his position as

An officeholder.

Secretary Jefferson,

You have the floor, sir.

Jefferson

When he was sworn in for

A position that holds too much power

For such a loud-mouthed, arrogant son of a whore,

He made a promise,

he signed the Oath of Office.

But, now we can all agree

That this is his worst hour,

It's time for him to leave and go back

To his girlfriend and wife.

Why don't you just take your knapsack

And go back to your half-ass life?

Washington

Enough, Thomas.

Secretary Hamilton,

Your response.

Hamilton

Wow, okay.

You want to strike

At my love-life?

Thomas, you've got one of your slaves

doing more than just planting.

You want to take a look at my wife?

She's a Schuyler sister, she's upping my life.

Not like your serf, who's what, fourteen?

You're just ranting,

Tommy, take a hike.

Jefferson

You're a knave.

You think you can ignore what you've said?

You just ruined your life, your wife's,

And your kids'll never forgive

You for throwing your shot away,

All for what?

A little bit of foreplay?

Washington

Boys, that's enough!

This is getting us nowhere,

I'm calling it a day.

Jefferson

Fine.

Hamilton

Kiss-ass.

Washington

Son, that's enough.

Hamilton

I'm not your son.
