Bell Cranel was the white haired rookie chasing the legend of a Black Swordsman. Inspired entirely from the Kirito VS Bell Cranel AMV.
No Country for Confry
Now, see, the Dungeon where Adventurers explore was an extremely complex labyrinth going deeper into the world's lowest point, starting from the Senyin Mountain, or as some called it the Ch'ok'ē Mountain. While he was much more concerned about training and exploring rather than keeping up with the gossip around Orario, Bell was aware that the furthest point adventurers have reached was the 59th floor - his adoptive grandfather achieved that feat before he later retired to be a farmer in the north mountain village to raise Bell. No one has ever seen much less defeated the monster lurking in the glacier territory turned monster-corpses-ridden jungle in Floor 59. Despite having it relatively easy for a veteran party to make their way to the 50th floor in 5 days, for years now adventurers from all races go down the floors riding on their ambition to try their luck in making past that 50 level jump of difficulty. Bell was no different.
So what is this?!
Floor 1 was cheapskate. Even a Level 1 would be able to skim it provided they have guts. Upper floors were to be breezed through, ignored, it doesn't even have any interesting loot for them to scour it. Bell was only searching the 1st floor's nook and cranny because he was clumsy enough to drop his bag of coins and he couldn't afford to waste even a coin because unlike what he told Hestia-sama he had spent half of his savings for their d-d-d-date yesterday and that's how he found a very, very, obscure entrance that led him to an empty dungeon with stairs leading up.
Bell gulped. He either actually had the luck to have found a secret treasure room, or this was going to be a bonus boss fight.
