A new Rose/10th Doctor fic! it envolves Bananas,an alien world,and maybe a kiss or two;) Let us begin!
"Bananas are good!" the Doctor laughs while munching on the yellow fruit. "Try a bite, Rose"he grins and shoves the banana in my face.
I shrug and happily bite into the cream colored flesh of the tropical fruit. "Mmm, it's lovely" I say and I lick my lips enthusiastically. The Doctor flashes me another one of his dazzling grins and wraps his long arm around my waist.
We wander around the market, which is full of bananas. This planet is populated by adorable yellow, fuzzy creatures that look suspiciously like Ewoks. And the aliens celebrate the festival of bananas every one hundred years. The Doctor had been jumping around like a little kid on Christmas morning ever since we landed! And he had disappeared. Again. I sigh, he'll turn up sometime. I think confidently to myself and I wander around the noisy fair and into a little grove of pink trees. I smile happily to myself and I sit comfortably on the fluffy, blue grass. I sit quietly for a little while when I see the Doctor hurry to me, flustered and holding a stick with somthing yellow on it.
"Rose, so glad I found you! I got something for us to share" he says exitedly.
He shoves the thing in my face, begging me to lick it. I gingerly touch my tongue to it and not much to my surprise, it tastes like bananas. It's consistency is like cotton candy. And it insantly makes my lips sticky.
"Its yummy, Doctor, but what is it?"
"Banayanashi"
"What?"
"Banayanashi!"
I laugh at the name and pat the grass next to me, inviting him to sit. He happily obliges and plunks down. I rest my head contentedly on his pinstriped shoulder, and we laugh and chat for quite a while. I look up at him and I see an intense look in his brown eyes. My heart flutters when I realize what he's going to do. As if in a dream he leans down and touches his lips to mine.
I'm floating.
I grab his tie and pull him in deeper, his hands cup my face gently. We break apart slowly, I'm dazed but so happy. The Doctor is…blushing? I snicker at his shocked, timid expression. I give him a sly smile and before he can move, I kiss him again. And he kisses me back.
I know,very fluffy but I'm feeling cheesy and romantic today:)
