The navy blue wrapper with the famous red, white, and blue circle sat on the shelf surrounded by many of its brothers. Across from it, bright red with the always classic Coca-cola written on it, stood it's rival. How long had this dispute been going on?!
It was tearing Alfred up inside.
The American had been standing in the beverage aisle looking with utmost uncertainty. Sure, Pepsi always had some new logo flashing off how new and upbeat it is. A new theme up every five seconds. And like they say: "Every Pepsi refreshes the world."
But, the world doesn't need refreshing. HE needs refreshment. Right now 'cause, dammit, he is thirsty.
Coke. It was classic. Timeless, even. Every time you open one, you got a refreshing sip of pure happiness. It tasted sweet and was indescribably good. Santa (Finland) even approves of it! Plus diet coke explodes when you put mentos in it! How cool is that!?
Sweet baby Jesus , this was hard. America ran a hand through his blond hair and pouted. Good lord, why couldn't he make a decision!?
"Alfred, what the hell are you doing?" A thick British accent broke him from his inner turmoil. He quickly turned to see Arthur, who looked a great deal pissed off. "You asked if I could take you shopping, and then you go wondering around Wal-whatever for 20 minutes!"
"But Iggy! I'm trying to decide between Coke or Pepsi!"
England's rather large eyebrows twitched in anger. "Bloody wanker". He snatched a bottle of Coca-cola off the shelf and dragged the American to the register.
Coke. It's a classic.
Coke is like the #1 drink in the UK or something. Hahahaha! In your face Pepsi!
