those who know me, knows that I'm an Axel/Roxas freak. I mean, I really am. And this is unusual for me, I don't write cute scenes and such. I'm no good with them. I like it rough afterall.
That sounded really bad.. Forget that.
Well, I've wanted to write this for a long time and well, it's summer and I was listening to Maja Alderin (Gosh, is she a goddess or i she a goddess?) I'm sorry for making it so short though, I don't know what happened. But it felt like it didn't need to be long. It just needed to be.
I kind of imagine how Roxas actually would ask Axel about it. Well, read and enjoy!
Oh, all the characters belong to their rightful owners, I do not own anything.
Sitting there on top of the watchtower with Roxas made him feel so calm, he felt connected to Roxas in some weird way, he was so much different from everyone else inside the Organization. It was like Roxas actually had a heart. He tasted his sea-salt ice cream and watched as Roxas happily ate his. He actually made him feel like he had a heart of his own.
Axel was actually really happy with Roxas, just the two of them sitting there on the clock tower, watching the sunrise set, eating ice cream. They rarely spoke during these times, but once in a while they would say something.
"Hey, Axel?" Roxas turned to look at him and Axel just leaned back, keeping himself steady with his hand.
"Mm?" He closed his eyes as the sun warmed his skin, not that he was cold. He never really got cold. And if he did, that would probably be a bad sign.
"What happens to us after we die?" Axel opened one of his eyes to look at Roxas, whom stared at him with a really serious face. Axel smiled and ruffled Roxas hair.
"I don't know, Roxy. Maybe we start anew." Roxas leaned back after fixing his hair.
"Hmm.." There was a long silence before he spoke again. "If that happens, I want to be there with you." Axel couldn't help but smile as he finished his ice cream.
"Then we will. You and I, when we die, we'll start anew together. Just you wait." Roxas sat up and Axel watched as the guy's hand moved towards his face, one finger pointing towards his head.
"Got it memorized?" Roxas said, Axel just laughed and ruffled up his hair again.
"Don't steal my catch phrase, kiddo."
Roxas leaned in closer towards Axels face and smiled.
"I'll memorize it." Was all he said, and as the sun set, the two of them kissed, casting long shadows against the wall.
