Iron Man

Has he lost his mind?

            There he goes, off to die. He knows it too. He's never coming back.

Can he see or is he blind?

            Those mismatched eyes of his had a look in them I had never seen before. At least not from him.

Can he walk at all?

Or if he moves will he fall?

            He's so stubborn. He only sees one path: death. He's too stubborn to even look for an alternate route.

Is he alive or dead?

            'I'm going to see if I'm alive' he said. I wanted to scream at him "You are!" but it wouldn't have mattered.

Has he thoughts within his head?

            Why did he go? It's like he didn't think, but I know he did. He didn't just go on impulse again, he actually thought this one through.

He was turned to steel

In the great magnetic field

When he traveled time

For the future of mankind

            He seems to have no emotion. I can't blame him. The one thing he loved in the past was going to be his future, but now she's gone.

Nobody wants him

            He doesn't quite fit with other people. There's something different about him. How he seems so wise and calm all of the time, but he was really just confused and lost.

He just stares at the world

            Maybe he is wise, but a truly wise person would show some emotion. Life means nothing without emotions.

Planning his vengeance

That he will soon unfurl

            Why can't he just drop the whole thing with Vicious? What happens if he never gets to see Julia in death? Will it all be for nothing?

Now the time is here

For Iron Man to spread fear

            He's probably already there, killing anything and everything that stands in his way.

Vengeance from the grave

            Maybe he's just going to kill Vicious to avenge Julia's death.

Kills the people he once saved

            Was Julia really the reason they became enemies? Is she the reason they're going to kill each other?

Nobody wants him

They just turn their heads

            The cops won't do anything; they'll just look away. Business that happens in the syndicate isn't their problem; it's the syndicate's.

Nobody helps him

Now he has his revenge

            He wouldn't let me help even if I tried. He's too proud to accept help. He doesn't really need it though; he left with a look of determination.

Heavy boots of lead

Fills his victims full of dread

            He's probably facing off with Vicious right now. I wonder if he's afraid. I wonder if Vicious is.

Running as fast as they can

            Neither of them will back down. They won't run any other way except to the destiny that awaits them.

Iron Man lives again!

            See you space cowboy…
