"It wasn't supposed to happen like this" Tim thought as he ran as fast as he could with dick close behind, they were on their way to stop Jason from doing something stupid and maybe deadly, they didn't know what he was planning but it wasn't good.

Wayne Manson 2 days before

"Dick, Tim, Jason! Wake up and get ready for school." Bruce was yelling. It was only the 2nd week of school and dick and Tim were already popular and had lots of friends, but Jason was more of an outcast.

Dick went into the bathroom to wash up when he saw Jason hunched over the sink, "jay, i need the bathro..." he stopped to see Jason cradling his arm, it was covered in little cuts and bleeding, Jason was crying and collapsed onto the floor sobbing that he was sorry, but before he looked up dick had him in his arms in a hug only a brother can give, "jayson, why are you doing this, does Bruce know, please stop, are you ok!" Dick asked alarmingly. Tim had walked into the bathroom just as dick finished bandaging Jason's arms, "what happened?" He asked "nothing of your concern" dick replied

At school Jason was getting his things out of his locker when 3 boys all bigger than him came up to him and said they wanted to talk, when he tried to leave they shoved him up against his locker. "Where do you think you're going, punk" the leader said his name was Andy. "I'm on my way to my dads car to go home" Jason replied, "oh no you're not, we're going to have some fun with you" Andy said, he then pulled brass knuckles out of his pocket. Jason knew he couldn't do anything so decided to take the beating.

When Jason got home Bruce was waiting for him, "where were you, and why is your uniform ripped and why do you have a black eye!?" Bruce asked alarmed "I fell down the ditch and was knocked out for awhile" Jason replied before going upstairs and locking his door. He went over to his bathroom and changed his clothes to sweatpants and cleaned the dried blood from his nose and decided to leave the black eye that Tim and dick were going to question later. Then he had an idea that would end his pain.

Dick was walking Tim back from his baseball practice when he got a text from Jason saying, "dick, you and Tim have been the best brothers a boy could ask for I'm sorry for being a burden to you you don't need to worry about me anymore and like you and Bruce wanted, I'm ending my career at Wayne enterprise, I love you goodbye ~Jason." Dick was terrified, what did his brother mean he called Bruce, "Wayne residents how can I hel..." Alfred answered "give me Bruce" he demanded "what is it dick?" Bruce asked "I think Jason is going to kill himself!" Dick yelled while running to Wayne enterprise "I'm on my way" bruce said.

Jason was on the edge of the roof of the building, when he heard dick and Tim "Please stop, we don't want to lose you, this is the wrong choice we can help you!" Dick yelled but before he could grab Jason he jumped. But miraculously the great Batman caught him and jumped onto the roof and handed a sobbing boy to dick "I'm sorry I'm so sorry I don't want to live I'm just a worthless piece of garbage" Jason sobbed "Jason, I can't imagine my life without you, and I never want to, let's get you home and get a doctors app. We can get you help, how does that sound?" Dick said while crying "yes, yes please I don't want to die I want to be happy" Jason said. They went home and after 6 months of counseling he was better.

3 months later while on patrol robin/Jason was kidnapped, tortured, and killed. It broke the bat family's hearts but was he really dead? The end
