3rd POV.

A boy was running around from a mob of civilians and shinobi alike, be it genin or even chūnin, now you may be wondering, what is this poor boy running from?

Well, to answer that question we must look back to the event 5 years ago;

'5 Years Ago

"Kushina, just a bit more the baby will come", said the Sandaime-sama's wife, Biwako.

"Yes I know but it hurts like hell dattebane!", said Kushina, the soon to be mother.

"Come kushina, you can do this, I know you can.", The sun kissed haired man utter.

"Just experience this pain once Minato! it hurts like hell!" The now addressed blonde only grimaced in response.

Finally, the baby is now born, what a beautiful baby it was, a blonde haired and cerulean eyed infant, a similar if not perfect copy of his father.

"Biwako, please give me my Naruto.", Sarutobi's wife gave the now christened infant to the red haired woman.

"What a beautiful baby you are Naruto.", said Kushina on the verge of tears.

Suddenly there is a disturbance in a space-time continuum, a man clad in a yellow mask and a dark robe enters the already dim-litted room.

"I'm sorry to disturb this, but I'm going to need the Kyūbi (nine tailed demon fox) for this, so could you please kindly let it go and I might not kill your new born infant."

"What are you talking about? this is a happy moment, my wife is giving birth to my son, who are you?!" said the almost livid Minato.

"Me? I am known as the tamer of the Kyūbi in the past, the former patriarch of a traitorous clan", the masked man said to the blonde.

"IMPOSSIBLE! Uchiha Madara was long since dead!"

"If so, then why am I here exactly? now let's cut to the chase and let the kyūbi go", said the enigma, now holding unto poor Naruto.

"NO! my baby!", said Kushina.

"Tch, I won't let you get away with this you damn Uchiha!", said the Namikaze.

"Well Namikaze it seems that you have gone mad, I am Uchiha Madara after all, you will remember the name of a man that is the equal to your first Hokage." said the self-proclaimed Uchiha patriarch.

-Time Skip-

The Kyūbi is now released into the main area of Konohagakure no Sato (Village Hidden in The Leaves), it destroys every building in it's line of sight, with it's red eyes resembling a magatama, courtesy of the sharingan.

Every shinobi it encounters is just but an ant only to be swiped by it's massive tails, it was here that the yondaime hokage came into play, he, outfitted with his signature cloak and flak jacket, sprang into action, while his wife, Uzumaki Kushina, hailing from the now destroyed Uzushiogakure no Sato (Village Hidden in The Whirling Tides) are still in bed, recovering from loss of chakra by the release of the nine tailed bijū.

The Fourth then go into the urban area of Konoha where the Kyūbi run rampant, he throws his signature Hiraishin (Flying Thunder God) kunai unto the zone he then sets up a sealing barrier for the rest of Konoha to prevent the beast from harming the town further, while the recently battered masked man, from fighting the yondaime hokage, are now retreating into the shadow, along with his companion, a strange black and white plant man.

-Time Skip-

After drawing the Kyūbi into a lone area, Minato creates a complex seal in order to seal the beast unto his only child, Naruto, along with his wife, now pinning the Kyūbi down with the signature Uzumaki chakra chains.

Namikaze Minato now seals his fate by using the Shiki Fujin (Dead Demon Consuming Seal) by summoning a Shinigami unto the very earth, then he separates the yin of the nine tailed fox, while he seals the yang unto his new born baby, Namikaze Naruto, earning the baby a scar like whisker marks that resides in the cheeks of his face, now he truly seals his family unto an unending ostracization.

"I WILL NOT BE SEALED UNTO ANOTHER HUMAN! CURSE YOU MINATO, YOU AND YOUR DAMN UZUMAKI WIFE TO HELL!", said the livid nine tailed fox.

"I will give my life for the good of this village", said minato in his dying breath, then he send a message unto the old Sandaime Hokage to take care of his child and to hail him as a hero for containing the Kyūbi, this of course ar naïve at best.

"I will forever honor your wish Minato and treat your son like the hero he deserved to be.", said Sarutobi Hiruzen.

'End Flashback'

Now, back to our favourite blonde kid, he is being chased by a mob of villager that is too blinded by their hatred for the beast that slaughter their loved ones into thinking that this child is actually it, how ignorant they are, as if spitting into the image of The Yondaime Hokage.

They are easily manipulated from the man in the shadows, commonly known as The Yami no Shinobi, Shimura Danzou, into thinking that the sun kissed haired child as the infamous nine tailed demon fox.

This act resulted into the neglect, abuse and malnourishment of poor now Uzumaki Naruto, which uses his mother's name, so that he will not gain his father's enemies from Iwagakure no Sato, or The Village Hidden in The Rocks, who suffer the great casualty in the Daisanji Ninkai Taisen, or commonly known as the third great shinobi war, because of the use of the space-time nin-fūinjutsu Hiraishin, as he decimates a large portion of Iwa troops.

But back unto the main topics, now you are asking why Sarutobi Hiruzen allow this horrendous act, he can't adopt Naruto unto his clan as the result of the laws is predecessors created, that Jinchūriki (Human Sacrifices) can not be adopted into a single clan, resulting to the imbalance of power.

Still, as the acting Hokage, he prevents Naruto from hearing that he is the Kyūbi Jinchūriki from the mouths of civilians and shinobi alike, resulting to be created as an S-rank secret. preventing the more uncouth population to be uttering the venomous name, still though, he suffered from loneliness and neclect in the orphanage, as a result he is moved into a lone apartment in a far away district and watched by Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokutsu Butai, commonly known as ANBU in 24/7.

So how is he being chased by a mob filled into all this, well, humans are full of faults, as a result, the schedule of the ANBU watching are rather wrong, so that now no one is watching Naruto being abused by the mob, such a poor child, orphaned and neglected by his parents that put his traitorous village before his own family.
