Naruto: Saiyan of the West
It'll be similar to one of my favorite stories: VFSNAKE's Emperor of the Western Elemental Empire.
Disclaimer: I don't own Dragon Ball Z, Super and/or Naruto. Akira Toriyama owns DBZ and Super and Masashi Kishimoto owns Naruto.
During the battle at the Valley of the End, Naruto unlocks the Super Saiyan transformation, and Naruto knew that his parents loved him ever since he was born. He was enraged that Danzo and the Civilian Council were ruining his happiness behind his back and betrayed his clan in favor of their lord Frieza and Naruto will not forgive Konoha nor the villagers who not only ruined his life, but also betrayed Uzushio. He decided to honor his parents' request after reading the letter and Goku and Vegeta's pride along with the other Saiyans of the 7th Universe. Naruto and the other Rookie ninjas must leave Konoha after the Retrieval mission to create his own village and become even more powerful.
Rules:
Pairings: NaruHina. You can include Android 21 if you like. Harem can be optional, even Incest.
Bashings: Sasuke, Sakura (except Kakashi because he knew that Sasuke and Sakura were worse than scum), Danzo, Koharu, Homura, Mebuki, Civilian Council, anyone, even DBZ villains including Broly (original), along with Dragon Ball Super villains you can include except Broly (DBS).
Naruto must leave Konoha after he casts aside that headband.
Goku and Vegeta, along with Beerus and Whis, must be Naruto's mentors and train him after leaving Konoha.
Hinata must be either a Half-Saiyan and/or have Mystic Ki, and share the same techniques as the Z-Fighters.
Hinata must grow a backbone towards others who dare to mess with Naruto.
Hinata will also beat the shit out of Sakura with or without her SSJ forms, including Mystic form.
As for Team 7, Danzo, and the Civilian Council, Naruto and the rookies will find out about their plans to either bring Goku's enemies, including Frieza, Zamasu, Goku Black, and Cell back to life, or enslave/destroy the world.
Naruto must either create his own village, rebuilt Uzushio, or go to Planet Earth.
Naruto must go beyond Super Saiyan and become a Super Saiyan God, even if it means protecting his new home.
Naruto must have not only his techniques, chakra, and Ki, but Goku's, Gohan's, and Vegeta's techniques as well including Ultra Instinct.
Naruto must also beat the shit out of Sasuke and Sakura at least once.
Naruto must use the Dragon Balls in order to bring either Minato, Kushina (I recommend her the most), or both back to life.
Naruto must kill the civilians of Konoha for insulting his mother, Goku, Vegeta, and his pals.
The other rookies (except Sasuke and Sakura) must be sick of Konoha, the evil civilian council, especially Mebuki, and cannot stand the village's mistreatment towards Naruto anymore and they must become the new Z Fighters of Uzushio.
This challenge must take place during the Sasuke Retrieval Mission.
It must be M rated and have lemon scenes.
The elements and quotes from Dragon Ball Z (both Original and Kai) and Dragon Ball Super must be used.
