Clint exited the jet with rest of the Team Cap. They were in Wakanda. Apparently T'challa had granted them asylum.
He was also going to help Barnes. Steve had told them all on the way that Zemo, the real culprit wanted revenge for what happened in Sokovia.
It makes Clint angry that a man would go this far for revenge. He looked at his team. They were all fugitives now and will be unable to return to Us.
Clint's heart clenched. He would have to contact Barney and Laura and tell them. Thinking about them made him think of Natasha.
He knew she had risked everything when she let Steve and Barnes escape. It made him worry about her. She had signed the Accords but had operated against them.
Tony and Ross wouldn't let her walk away.
As he settled in the room, T'challa had given him, Steve came in.
"Hey, Steve." said Clint.
"Hey, I wanted to talk about Nat. She let us escape. Now Ross wouldn't have liked that." said Steve.
Clint chuckled. "If I know her as well as I do she has already fallen under the radar." he said. He knew Natasha had gone on the run.
"We should find her." said Steve.
Clint nodded. "We will. But after things cool down a bit." he said.
Steve nodded in agreement. "OK. I never said thank you. You came out of retirement to help me." he said.
"Steve, anything for friends. I know how important second choices are. You trusted me after some severe mind control. Plus Bucky was innocent." said Clint.
"Thanks again though." said Steve.
Clint nodded.
They both knew their world had changed as had their lives. They were fugitives but more than that some friendships were damaged. Plus Wanda was there with him. He had to protect her.
Clint also knew he had to find Natasha. He didn't want to lose her.
He will find her.
