This is right after Amane and Hikri are crowned Etoli. Everyone is at the congratulatory party except of course for Shizuma and Nagisa but what happens when Miyuki notices the absence of a certain blue haired girl?

I scan the crowd of students almost frantically looking for a single girl among all the shifting faces. Suddenly a questioning voice breaks me from my focus, "Who are you looking for Miyuki?", I turn around to face the new Etoli couple. I frown, "Gomen, I was looking for Suzsmi Tamao. I want to see if she is alright." Amane shakes her head but Hikari frowns also. She also probably caught onto Tamaos recent behavior even if she didn't know as much as I she must still be worried, "I saw her talking to Chikaru a little while ago. You can try asking her." she says hopefully. I smile hopefully, "Argito, oh and again congratulations," I say before trying to navigate the crowd and find Chikaru. However being the ghost of the girl she is it takes about 20 minuets before I finally track her down and get to talking to her. When I reach her she is talking to two very giggly girls holding hands. As if she knew I was coming she turns around, "Miyuki you seem troubled. Whats the matter?" she says before I can even open my mouth. I wonder if my worry is that obvious or if its just Chikaru and her uncanny sensitivity to others problems. A little to quickly I answer, "I'm fine but I was wondering if you have seen Suzsmi Tamao this evening. I want to talk to her." Chikaru looks at me knowingly but doesn't press, "I was talking to her about an hour ago. She said something about going to write a knew poem. If you looking for her I would try the tree down by the lake where she likes to do her writing." I nod and thank her quickly before leaving the party to look for the blue haired girl. As I move in the cool night my worry shifts to the things I had been hearing for weeks about the poor girl.

Most people knew about how she felt for Nagisa. It was painfully obvious to seemingly everyone but the red head. However there was no doubt that she was in love with Shizuma and now that there was no denying it Tamao would be taking it pretty hard. I know what its like to love someone and not have them return that love and then lose them all together. I had noticed a few weeks ago at meals she was oddly quiet and didn't eat much. Then the leaders of the clubs she was in telling her that she had stopped attending meetings drew my attention even more. Those thoughts cause me to move faster. Having to deal with Shizuma all the time resulted in her only being able to know Tamao from a distance and what she could gather in their Etoli training sessions but that was enough. Depression can kill someone and that's the last thing I want to happen. Reaching the edge of the wood that leads to the lake I realize I don't really know where to go. I change my pace to one much slower but still urgent as I look for any sign of Tamao. After several heat pounding moments I hear the sound of cries trying to be unsuccessfully muffled by their owner. Slightly relived to have finally found her. I rush to the source of the sound and find Tamao leaning against a tree with her head in he knees that are pulled tightly up to her chest and held tightly by her shaking arms.

She doesn't hear me move closer or sit down next to her. However when I do the unwilling familiar sent of fresh blood makes me panic internally. I try and remain composed as my shaky voice calls out to her and my hand moves to her should gently, "Tamao?" She only responds by crying harder and tightening her grip on her knees. The dim light from the moon isn't enough to get a good look at her but I know I need to get her inside and cleaned up. She is hurting really bad not just on the inside but probably on the outside now as well. I shake her gently, "Tamao its Miyuki. Come on. Lets go inside ok? I know your hurting but you shouldn't be out here doing this. Lets go inside." She shakes her head no and sobs out, "N-no. L-l-leave m-m-e he-re t-t-t-o-o d-d-ie" The words break my heart and clue me in on just how much she had cut herself. Panicking I ignore her weak protests and gather her in my arms. Then somehow I pick her up bridal style and head back to my room. She doesn't protest but somewhere along the way I feel her go limp and I know she has blacked out. This causes me to panic more and I practically run back to the dorm. To my relief there is a sister there checking dorms for students had snuck away to "play" in their rooms. She looks at me horrified then rushes us to her office where we call an ambulance and try to stem the bleeding in her wrists as much as possible. By the time the paramedics have arrived the bleeding has stopped but Tamao is very pale and unresponsive.
