Peering out, I see no hope!

I see what I have failed to stop.

Burning buildings,

burning bodies,

skeletons made of metal.

Metal buildings,

metal cars,

A skeletal ghost, a reminder of what was, what will be, and what will never come to pass.

I see no hope!

A blue sky, emerald green grass, a smile that holds all the joy and happeness of humanity.

I see metal, their eyes a deep ruby red, unlike the beauty of the gem, this is the evil of humanity.

One would say that humanity doesn't deserve such evil. One would say, where is god? Why has he foresaken us?

But it is not god who has foresaken us, but us! It is the evil of humanity, to want, to desire, to breach beyond it's limitations and hold within his fingers the evil it has created. And yet, marvel at it's creation as if it were god!

Oh yes, my fellow man, do look to me to save you from yourselves, but, do not condemn me for the choices you have forced me to make. Do no look towards me to save your souls, you have already sold it to the devil as it looks upon you with it's cruel ruby red eyes.

I peer out through this window to a burning building.

My metal hand grasps the broken glass, no longer vulnerable to it jagged edges.

I, the saviour of humanity, am no longer human, I am not a machine, I am the product of both warring sides.

I am a cyborg.

You have not only condemn yourselves, but me as well.
