Mikan Sakura studied the school in front of her. She couldn't believe that she had been accepted into Gakuen Alice. Gakuen Alice, the school for talented students in music, it had trained some of the most well-known singers known to man. And she, would be studying in this elite school.
Mikan's POV
It had been my childhood dream to be a singer. But my dream was such a fragile thing, it had broken as soon as it grew. I only decided to study here to see my best friend and of course for Jii-chan.
I sighed softly. Soon, my past will haunt me. I wonder if they will recognize me? Its already too late to dwell on the past.
The limousine drove through the huge gates and into the school. Soon enough, it stopped. I stepped out, wondering what would happen next.
"Narumi-nii," I whispered so softly that I doubt he could hear me. I saw the familiar blond-haired young man approach me.
"Maika Ishida, I presume?" his tone was business-like. I flinched a bit, he must have suffered because of me.
No matter how much I want to hug him and tell him I'm sorry. There is no way I can. Instead I nod my head and smile a bit.
I see a flash of hurt and remembrance in his eyes. It hurts me to see him so opposite of what he was years ago. I know it my fault and no other's. For now, I am Maika Ishida.
End of POV
"I am Narumi-sensei, you're homeroom advisor. We have a general assembly today so please follow me." Narumi told the young girl in front of him.
He walked away, assuming that this 'Maika' would follow him. He couldn't help but feel wary of her, especially since she looked so much like his princess. This would really create an uproar.
