Me: Well, the card shop wasn't the first time Aichi and Ai met.
Tara: Oh? Then when?
Me: That's what the story is about!

Aichi's POV
I was walking home after being bullied again. My head was down and I saw a shadow approach me. I looked up and saw a girl with short black hair and green eyes. She was wearing a loose white t-shirt and a pair of jeans.
"Hey, are you okay?" she asked.
"Y-Yeah," I replied.
She shook her head, "You have a scratch on your cheek." She put her backpack down and took out a mini bottle of rubbing alcohol, a cotton ball, and a band-aid. "This might sting." She gently pressed the cotton ball soaked with the rubbing alcohol on my cheek. I flinched but kept quiet. She finished and put the band-aid on and smiled. "There! All better!"
"Um, thanks, but I don't know you're name."
"Oh, well, my name's Ai!"
"Aichi."
"Nice to meet you Aichi!"
"So, why did you help me?"
"Well, I'm leaving soon to go live overseas, so I wanted to make one more friend!"
"Then why me?"
"You always look so sad. You need some perks in you're life! Oh, I better get home! I'll see you tomorrow Aichi!"
"See you tomorrow Ai."
-The Next Day-
"HEY! AICHI!" I turned around and saw Ai, "Hi!"
"Hey Ai," I greeted.
"So, how was your day?" she asked.
"Okay I guess." I sighed.
"Come on! Brighten up a little!"
"Kay, if you say so. By the way, Ai?"
"Yeah?"
"Why don't you dress like the other girls do? You always wear jeans and your hair is short."
"I usually don't like wearing girly stuff."
"I think you'd look cute."
"Then maybe I'll start one day."
"If it isn't little Aichi," I looked up and saw the group of guys that usually bullied me.
"Who are you?" Ai asked.
"Oh? This little lady a friend of yours Aichi?"
"Y-Yeah."
"Then I guess we'll have to take her out too."
"So you're the one that hurt Aichi yesterday," I looked over to Ai and saw her giving them death glares.
"Y-Yeah, so what?"
"So If you hurt Aichi while I'm around," Ai walked up to the leader, "You. Will. Pay. Come on Aichi, let's go."
"Coming!" I called after her, "Why did you help me?"
"You're my friend now," she gave me a toothy smile and revealed a cute little canine, "I always protect my friends."
"Thanks Ai," I gave her a small smiled.
"No prob! Oh, but, I'm leaving tomorrow."
"What?! But I just met you!"
"Sorry."
"Will I get to see you again?"
"Yeah! I know we'll see each other again someday."
"Kay."
"Pinky promise!"
"Pinky promise." And we wrapped our pinkies together.
"I guess I'll see you next time."
"Yeah, I'll see you next time!" she gave me a kiss on the cheek before running off leaving me blushing.
Me: So, Wooju, Tara, what'd ya think?
Tara: That's so cute!
Wooju: I really don't have anything to say without sounding random.
Me: Kay, I'll see you guys later!
