A/N: Why does Katara always yell at Zuko?
Rated 'T' for suggestive dialogue. And for that reason alone, I can't put this in Avatar Shorts.
I don't own Zuko or Katara. If I did, Zutara would happen!
Speak Kindly
Once again Zuko witnessed Katara's courteous behavior in public. As soon as they were alone he couldn't contain himself any longer. "Why do you speak so kindly to everyone else, but most of the time you yell at me?" He fumed and crossed his arms. It hurt more than he liked to admit.
She looked at him in surprise. "I thought you knew." She moved closer and put her hand on his arm, but he still wouldn't look at her. "Everyone else gets the proper, polite Katara. Only you get the raw, whole me."
He finally looked at her, his expression altered a bit. She leaned into his chest. "But if you want, I can speak to you kindly from time to time." she grinned seductively.
He grinned back and unfolded his arms, wrapping them around her. "Only if I get to yell at you occasionally."
She narrowed her eyes. "Oh, you'll yell."
He growled low in his throat and pulled his wife into an impassioned kiss.
