AN:HEY! So I am now going to manage 3 stories at the same time which is quite daunting and makes it a bit stressful however this piece along with Boredom the Greatest Evil I see as more of I update maybe once or twice a week. They are NOT my top priority because it's mostly one shots that are sometimes loosely connected. But I had this idea and I couldn't resist so here I am. This basically is going to be one shots of Outlaw Queen with song lyrics that fit with them. I have so many ideas, a lot of these are going to be musical theater so just know and I will take song requests. :) Anyway on to the magic.

Ever since the dinner Regina had felt an emptiness to herself. She wasn't the same, not without Robin. But he had Marian, he had his wife and his family. He didn't need her. Was she really destined to be alone?

The Charmings had seen how destroyed the mayor was. They tried, they really did to take her mind of him. But after their first visit she created a shield over her house, so no one, not even Henry could get past it. This was her battle to fight and hers alone.

It had been four days without a sign of Regina, she kept to herself, her heart was broken. Robin was supposed to be her second chance, hers and hers alone. They were connected in way that Marian wasn't to him. They were soulmates. Turns out destiny and fate weren't what everyone said they were.

She had survived years without him and she would. But now. Now that she had felt again how good it felt to be loved so unconditionally, how could she bounce past that?

No. She should be happy for him, and she was, at she at least tried to be. He had his first chance back, he had the person he loved over all else. He had the person who made him happy in his life. She wanted, needed him to be happy. Even if it was at the expense of her own.

Emma had taken away the one chance at happiness she ever got. She took away her soulmate, yet Regina couldn't find it in herself to be mad. She couldn't be mad, not when it gave Robin another chance at happiness. Even if it wasn't with her. She was bitter though she could have given Robin that. If only.

She wasn't living. Not really, maybe existing but not living. It was like Daniel all over again except, Daniel was gone, forever. Robin was so close yet so far. She would be forced to watch Robin have the life, the future she thought they were going to have. She couldn't decide which was worse for her.
The crowds roar
the days soar
babies cry

She couldn't remember the last time she ate. It was maybe two days ago, maybe three? She didn't know. All she new was that without Robin she was slowly losing a part of herself. He took her heart and left with it. She didn't think she was getting it back.
The moon glows

Robin missed Regina, her hair, her smile, just her presence. But he had made a vow to Marian, she was his wife, he had to remind himself this was a blessing not a curse.
The world revives
After one week of self pitying Regina forced herself to work. She promised herself no more tears over Robin although she wasn't confident in that promise. She hardened her core and put on her Evil Queen mask. She needed it more than she wanted to admit.
Colors renew
They saw each other at Granny's.

Regina had finally left her house, she was with Henry eating lunch when she saw Robin come in. Her heat broke. He was with Marian. Who else would he be with? No with Snow and definitely not her. She needed to move on. But she couldn't. Without him. Without her soulmate. Without him she wasn't the same. Henry's voice pulls her out of her thoughts. She forgets about Robin and focuses on her son.

Robin saw her, there she was sitting in a booth with her son. He hadn't seen her since the episode the previous week. Her eyes seemed dead to the world, a small, faint smile that seemed forced was given to her son. He broke her. After everything she had been though. He was the thing that broke her. But what she didn't know that without her, he was broken too.

He steals a look at her, she despite the puffy eyes and sad expression was beautiful.

She also steals a look at him, he had this dejected expression on his face.

He can't help but wonder if shes eating enough, she looked paler.

She wouldn't help but she the bags under his eyes. Like he couldn't sleep.

She allows herself one more look she thinks. Then she would have to accept his choice of Marian.

He looks down at the menu in front of him. He shouldn't be thinking about her. He needed to focus on his wife.

Both of them give in to the desire at promise themselves this was the last stolen glace. They make eye contact before both of them look down blushing. Without each other, without the other half...what really were they without each other?

AN:Hope you liked it! When I wrote about Regina that was the girl/Mimi's part and when I wrote about Robin that was the boy/Roger's part. And when both of them were included it was sung together. I really hoped you listened to Without You from Rent it really is a beautiful song. It really fits them well. If you have any song situations be sure to tell me. I love hearing your feedback.
