Running, running, running.
She had to make it in time.
Leaping, bounding, flying.
She just had to get there.
But could she ever find it, could she ever make it?
Miku gasped for breath as she paused. She stopped only for a moment, to find her way. "Left," she said out loud, and sped off in that direction. The sun was setting, the streetlights had begun to light, yet she ran on. I must be there in time.
The streets were very clear, there was hardly a soul in sight. No, she thought, it's getting so late⦠just as she was about to give up hope, she spotted a window, out of which light was streaming and a large sign read Open.
Miku gave a loud cheer and dashed the short distance left to the store. "I'm not too late after all!" she cried, "I can still buy my leeks!"
