If you have read my story 'Remembrance', you can see this as the missing scene of the accident or just as a separate story.

Seto will never forget the most horrible day of his life.
It began like any other day. He woke up to the love of life in his arms, got ready for the day, and then left for work.
Anzu had told him that she had a few errands to run and then she was going to meet her friends to hang out.
It was early in the evening when he received the dreaded phone call. It was the doctor from the hospital that Anzu was rushed to. Anzu had put him as her emergency contact.
He had rushed to the hospital as soon as and as fast as he could to his car.
When he got to the hospital he had hysterically asked the woman at the front desk where Anzu Mazaki was. As soon as he got the room number, he had literally ran up the stairs not bothering with waiting for the elevator.
When he finally got to Anzu's room, he could see the doctor in the room through the window.
When he entered the room, his eyes were immediately drawn to Anzu's prone and fragile form that was connected with a lot of tubes. She was unconscious. It broke his heart.
He remembered the doctor telling him that there was nothing they could do to save her. All he could do was ready himself and to say his final goodbyes to her.
He didn't want to believe that this was really happening. He was going to lose the love of his life who didn't deserve this by a careless driver that was talking on his cellphone and wasn't watching where he was going.
It was the hardest thing he had to do in his life having to say goodbye to the only person besides his little brother that he loved most in the world and knowing that he would never see her again or feel her soft skin against his.
He had tears constantly streaming down his face while holding her fragile hand and telling her how much he loved her and how they were going to see each other again someday when it was finally his time to meet her in the afterlife.
