It's the year after the first Quarter Quell and the citizens of Panem are shakeing about what could possibly happen next. The Capital still has plenty of tricks up their sleeves... APPS OPEN!

So, I've seen a lot of people do this sort of thing but most don't carry on with the story past the first chapter or so. I plan on writing this until the very end because I have so many ideas in my head and I know I'll explode if I don't get any of them out.
