Ralf, Clark, and Leona were at the Ikari headquarters in their lounge. Ralf and Clark were playing pool as Leona sat on the couch looking on. It was now Ralf's turn to play. "I've got a clear shot here..." Focusing, he motioned his cue and hit a six...which hit the eight ball...which went into the hole. "Dammit!" Clark started laughing. "Looks like I win again, man." Ralf glared. "No it doesn't." Clark nodded. "Yeah it does." Ralf got angrier. "Dude, no it does NOT." Clark crossed his arms. "Uh huh." Ralf seethed. "Shut the hell up. No it doesn't!" Clark snickered. "Yuh hu-" Ralf interrupted Clark with a tackle and they started wrestling. Leona looked over, expressionless. She was used to this, and did nothing. Until they knocked over her can of Mountain Dew. Then, she reacted. "GUYS." The two looked over at the monotone blue haired girl, who quickly moved the magazines off the table, and sat the can upright back on the coaster. She huffed away, grumbling, to get paper towels as the men looked at each other. At this time, they heard footsteps coming down the stairs. It was Heidern.

"ATTENTION!" Heidern boomed, arms behind his back. Both men stood erect and saluted. Leona hurried beside them, dropping the paper towels, and saluted. She no longer cared if the Mountain Dew kept spilling or stained the carpet. Heidern walked forward with a few people behind him. "Allow me to introduce Guile, Charles, and Cammille." Cammy grimaced at the naming convention, but shook it off. Ralf looked at Guile. The sounds of bald eagles cried in air. That star spangled banner flapped oh, so proudly in the wind. Fireworks of red, white, and blue in the distance. Ralf wiped away a happy tear as he sniffed justice and freedom in the air. The smell of America! Ralf extended a hand, and Guile extended his. Two men of service joined forces against evil. And the shake was initiated. "It's an honor to meet you!" Guile nods. "Likewise."

He shakes Clark's, and Leona's hand. He gets suspicious with Leona, however. He pauses, then makes his way to the side so Charlie and Cammy can greet the three. Charlie approaches Clark, and the two adjust their eyewear. "It's a honor to meet you, Clark," Charlie said. Clark smiles. Cammy and Leona's eyes meet. Cammy didn't feel a sense of warmness at all like the men; in fact, the exchange felt kind of...icy. "Hi, I'm Cammy. Leona, was it?" Cammy held out her hand to offer kindness. Leona scanned Cammy, and didn't seem to take her seriously. She was repulsed by her outfit and didn't think she was much of a military woman. Leona hesitated at first, then quickly shook her hand. "Correct." She replied stiffly. Cammy noticed Leona's unsatisfied look on her face. "Leona?" Leona walked away. Cammy shrugged it off and went to greet Ralf and Clark. "That was rude."

"Woo doggie!" Clark hooted as Cammy came over. Then, he forgot that Heidern was in the room and regained his composure. "Sorry for the outburst. I'm Clark." Cammy smiled. "Forgiven." She thought that was better than the encounter with Leona. She also shook Ralf's hand. Heidern then spoke up. "There's a reason why they're here," he began. "They need our help. In fact, I have notified various people to help out via invitations and we've paired them with others that fit their abilities." It started to make sense to Ralf. "So, you're saying Guile's my partner, Charlie is Clark's, and Leona is Cammy's. So, in a sense, they're our counterparts." Heidern nodded. "Precisely, and astutely noted, Ralf," he acknowledged. "There is a threat from Shadaloo, M. Bison." Ralf burst into laughter. "Bison? What's up with these bad guys with animal names? Geese, now Bison? HA!" Heidern thought this was disrespectful to Guile's team, until Guile spoke up. "So when we kick their butts, we can serve them on a plate!" Ralf clapped approvingly while looking about at his comrades. "Now we're talkin'! Let's get to it!"
