VOLLEYBALL DUEL:
DANCING PLAYERS !
THE MELACHOLY OF HARUHI SUZUMIYA vs LUCKY STAR
It started out as a dancing game, until Haruhi had called them aliens . Because of that, Konata had suggested a volleyball duel, but not just any volleyball duel. No, the challenge the blue-haired girl added in was that they had to play while swinging to the beat of the music.
"Aliens." Haruhi murmured under her breath as she served the ball when the music started, at the same time, sway to the beat of the music . " Get the ball Yuki!"
Yuki sighed and twirled around, just in time to make a jump and spike the volleyball towards their opponent.
" This is easy!' Konata declared, hitting the ball as she sang along with the song being played. " Pass on to you Miyuki!"
Miyuki's eyes widened due to realization that she quickly jumped and spiked the ball.
Konata whistled in awe. " My. they sure bounce a lot." She said with a devilish smirk . Miyuki cupped her left cheek and blushed.
"Konata, Miyuki might lose concertration if you do that again." Kagami scolded before spiking the ball when it headed towards her way. Anyway, why did you have to challenge them to a volleyball duel using dance steps?!"
"It's fun."Konata said with a nod as she eyed the ball that headed for Haruhi, who tossed it back to Mikuru, who then called Yuki to spiked it.
"It's going your way Konata !" tsukasa called out.
Konatanarrowed her eyes in determination as sweat dripped from her forehead before she jumped and managed to hit the ball with such force, enabling them a point since Haruhi's team wasn't able to return the volley.
" Your alience! SOS brigade, let's get them !" Haruhi declared as the three girls began to ran towards the four who argued that they weren't aliens at all.
" Explain how you got the point then." Haruhi argued . "And can't you see how the ball nearly cracked the gym floor?
Miyuki pushed up her glasses . " It's elementary, Haruhi-san. It's a simple applied force of physics that managed Konata to exert more of her strenght, leading to-"
"ALIENS!" Haruhi accused again.
" If you want aliens," Konata said with a slappy grin as she took out a gameboy advance." You can find aliens through this little 'map"
Haruhi raised a spektical brow but as she spotted the big-headed creatures running around in the little screen, she got too preoccupied to notice that the four girl had dashed off and out of the gym, bumping to Kyon at the process who wondered what the rush was all about.
