Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto
Hehe Just some one-shot I made not much but hey:) Enjoy!
Kakashi stared down at his blood cover hands, then to his 'friend' half visible under a few boulders. The sharingan eye being implanted in his left eye and his eye was being implanted in Obito's. He could feel his chest tighten at the sight of his 'friend' so vulnerable.
He would never admit it on the out side that he really admired Obito. He would miss him a great deal. Those little moments where they 'accidentally' met on top of the Hokage monuments, and sat with each other for company. Those times where he would sneak into the older boy's bed room and Obito would just sit there holding him as he cried, or even the times when all of team seven would clime to the very top of the trees to watch the festival firecrackers.
He would miss Obito's orange outfit, for no real ninja other then him wore it, and for those ridiculous goggles he wore on his head. Well shit, he would even miss paying for the Uchiha's ramen bill, which left him broke half the time. For in a few more moments there would be no more Uchiha Obito. No, all that would be left of the boy was the Sharingan in his left eye.
He would make Obito proud; he would make a name for himself with the Sharingan he now possessed. Because Obito was dieing and there would be no more orange wearing, goggle possessing, ramen obsessed freak he could admire any more, but of course he was wrong.
For years later he meets Uzumaki Naruto, who came to be on the new team seven that he was instructed to teach. The blond seemed to wear more orange then he could imagine and he loved it. The amount of ramen he could it was not humanly imposable, but he never complained when he ended up paying. The goggles the boy wore at times made him feel warm again, like when he was with Obito, and those special moments when Naruto would clime into his bedroom and cry in his arms were the moments he loved best.
He was selfish and he new it. He was taking advantage of a little boy who had never felt love, and replacing the person he had admired so much. Uzumaki Naruto grew up and was able to make a name for him self the way Obito never would be able to do, but he was just happy someone would carry on Obito's sprit.
Even still today the eighteen year old boy, who was roughly the size of a girl, would clime into his old sensei's bedroom. His Hokage robes fluttering around him as he melted into Kakashi's warm embrace. Kakashi was completely selfish and he knew.
