Tiny fingers arrange what seemed to be small chocolae disks into two simple lines. The tips of the fingers barely touched the sweet morsels as they were picked up and dropped into a melting pot. Tender lips silently mouthed numbers as she counted out fifty of the candies. I didn't know why she was there. In face I was sort of worried, I mean come on this was a university cooking class. Yeah it was open to the public but that didn't explain her presence there.

Mid daydream I realized that I was still behind on the teacher's instructions. Emptying my bag of chocolate into the bowl, I didn't bother counting out fifty excatly. While turning the flame all the way up I raised my eyes to the blonde before me. By now she began to dip small red berries in tempered chocolate syrup. What was she up to? Not being able to stand it any longer I left my station to stand behind her. She never noticed till I spoke.

'Odango what are you doing?'

The cutest squeak left those ruby painted lips of hers. Fire danced in her eyes when she noticed it was me standing behind her.

'It's you...'

'Yes it is me. No you haven't answered my question, what are you doing here?' I answered back loving these little splats we continously get into. It makes me wonder though, is fate merely playing games with us?

'Mamoru...Mamoru-baka...' My eyes must have shifted back to her because she soon continued.

'If you must know I'm making chocolate covered raspberries.' As if to prove her point she picked one up in her chocolate covered finger tips to show me. Now this caught my ear. Nobody covers raspberries, strawberries yes, but never raspberries.

'Odango you really are an odango. People cover strawberries with chocolate not raspberries.'

I could see her rise to her tiptoes in fury trying to close the distance between the two of us. Poor Odango so much shorter than I. I could hardly keep my laugh from spilling out at her sight.

'Now see here Mamoru-baka raspberries are just as good dipped in chocolate.'

'I'm sure they are Odango.' I didn't bother from keeping my sarcasim from my voice. I was set in my strawberry ways.

'They are. Here try this.'

'No Odango that's alright.'

'Just try it!'

The next thing I knew she had shoved that tiny berry between my lips. An accussing digit had also made it's way pass the barrier. Wasting no opprotunity I sucked her finger clean off chocolate. I closed my eyes and savored the taste of my Usako.

'Hmm...chocolate covered Usako.'

She slowly took her hand back and looked at me with different eyes. A tap on my shoulder woke me from the spell. I blinked slowly and when I opened my eyes I saw nothing. Looking down I noticed I had a smoking pot of ruined chocolate. Beside me was my angel, she had woke me from bliss and looked quite confused.

'Mamoru-baka your chocolate's burning...and they call me the baka Ha!'

I caught the small quip as she walked away from me. I realized it had all been a dream. Every chocolate dipped and covered minute.
