Grey vs Light and Dark

One Muggle raises two wizards and a witch. With the effects of a war at their backs and the threat of another war at the front can these four save the Wizarding World? Who will help them? And what side are they on? Better yet, can they even make it to the children's 11th birthday?

1980

June 23rd

A woman, with blond hair and hazel eyes, lies half-asleep in a hospital bed.
In her arms is her newborn baby boy.
Asleep in the corner of the room is the woman's husband, a large beefy black haired blue eyed man.
While both males sleep the woman lets a few tears fall.
She hopes, and begs and pleads, to anything that'll listen; please don't let her husband hurt the baby.
He's already hurt her physically and mentally, so don't let him hurt her son.
A nurse walks in and takes the baby to place him in the rolling bed beside her and the woman drifts off to sleep.

July 31st

The before mentioned woman had a sister. A red-haired, green-eyed, sister.
Today she lay in a hospital bed holding in her arms a newborn boy and his twin newborn sister.
Her husband, a black-haired brown-eyed man was standing beside her bed beaming at his family.
For this moment the two forgot about the war raging at their doors.

Both sisters sent each other notices about the babies:

The red-haired sister received one that read:

It's a boy!

Son of Vernon and Petunia Dursley

Born June 23rd 1980

The blond-haired one, Petunia, received one that read:

Twins!

Harry James Potter and Destiny Renee Potter

Children of James and Lily Potter

Born July 31st 1980

Petunia sits in the kitchen of Number 4 Privet Drive.
Vernon left in a rage and she has three one year old children asleep in the house.
One, male, blond hair and blue eyes.
One, male, black hair and green eyes.
One, female, red hair and brown eyes.

In her hand is a letter:

Dear Mrs. Petunia Dursley,

It is with my deepest condolences that I tell you Lily and James Potter were murdered 31st October. The one person with the ability to protect them gave their location to the cruelest man of our time. The twins will grow up famous in our world for surviving the attack, and for their protection I have given you sole custody of young Destiny and Harry Potter.

Again, my condolences, Lily and James will be dearly missed by many,
