You can't just walk away from me

Akane slept in her room just like every other night. This night, however, was different.
"Akane, wake up."
Akane woke up, and saw Ranma at her window.
"Hey, what..."
"Quiet, and meet me outside, I have something to tell you."
Ranma lept down and shut her window. Akane got dressed, and walked outside, and walked up to Ranma, who was waiting for her.
"Akane, I just wanted to tell you something, then you can go back to bed."
"What is it, Ranma?"
Ranma walked over to her, and said "Akane, in the morning, everyone will be looking for me, so you have to tell them where I am, I'm going to be at Uuchan's"
Akane's aura flared "And just why will you be there?"
"Because I love her, I just realized it, and I'm gonna ask her to marry me."
"WHAT!!??"
"I know that everyone is gonna be worried about me, and pops is gonna disown me, so he can stay here, so I really don't have any reason to stay here anymore, so tell everybody goodbye for me."
"FINE THEN JUST GO, GO MARRY UKYO, SEE IF I CARE!!" Akane yelled.
"Goodbye, Akane" Ranma began to walk away.
"RANMA!"
Ranma stopped, and turned around "What?" he asked, walking over to Akane.
"You can't just walk away from me."
"What do you mean?"
"Ranma...I..."
"There's no reason for me to stay, so I'll be out of your hair."
"Dammit, can't you see how hard this is for me, I..."
"Why do you want me to stay?"
"Because...I..."
Ranma began to walk away.
"Because I love you."
Ranma stopped, and walked up to Akane. Saying nothing, he scooped her up in his arms and kissed her.
2 Months Later
Akane walked up to her husband, and kissed Ranma, who happily returned the kiss.
"Ranma, remember about two months ago, when you told me you were going to leave and marry Ukyo?"
"Yeah, how could I forget?"
"How much longer were you going to keep pretending?"
"Just two more seconds." Ranma said, kissing Akane.
Neither of them said anything else for a long time.
