"Hey, Pikachu, have you noticed that even though Mario isn't popular among fans, he's still "Mr. Nintendo"?" asked Kirby one day.
"Yeah, shouldn't the most popular guy be the poster boy of Nintendo?"
"Let's sue."
"Fine by me."
And so it begins; the lawsuit that changed Nintendo. Pikachu and Kirby, both thinking that they should be the poster boy of Nintendo, put together a lawsuit that involved a Cappy being offended about Mario crushing other mushroom people every chance he gets.
The Cappy won, and Mario was thrown in jail. After all, King Dedede was the judge. (He's got robes, a mallet, and authority. What more do you want?). The point was an argument broke out about who should be the new head of Nintendo.
"I'm the most popular!" shouted Pikachu
"I'm the All-Age Game Star!" retorted Kirby
Eventually, everyone joined in, each stating why they should be the new Poster Boy. Fists flew, but when the dust settled, Cpt. Olimar was seen holding a Trophy Gun (like Gannon, Wario, and Bowser had in SSE).
"I-I'm taking c-c-control around here!" he stuttered. (I see him as stuttering when he talks.) "And no-no one's gonna stop me!"
And so, Cpt. Olimar took control. Ruling like a tyrant, he-
"Sorry to interrupt, but shouldn't Olimar be a girl in this story? Don't you remember GSSB at all?"
Don't interrupt me, Princess!
"All I'm saying' is that you aren't keeping accurate to the stories that you write. I mean, I didn't make any more of that Gender Potion, so how could he possiblyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Suddenly, Jigglypuff was attacked by Trainer, MH, MK, and Link. (See Gender Swap: Smash Bros if you don't understand what I'm talking about. Also, this will be a running gag throughout the whole series.)
Anyway, the few survivors of Olimar's wrath tried to find a way to stop this madness.
They couldn't think of a thing.
The best thing that Jigglypuff, Kirby, King Dedede, Meta Knight, Pit, and Master Hand could think of was an all-out attack on the tyrant. It was stupid, but it was the only plan they had, so they did it.
While King Dedede's army and Pit's army fought the Pikmin, the Smashers fought Olimar. They won, Mario was taken out of prison, becoming Mr. Nintendo again, and I finished this Fanfic (Finally! I thought I'd never get this lame idea out of the way!)
"So…nothing got accomplished?" asked the Princess
