"Felicity..." Oliver said as he looked at the camera footage of a man in a short leather jacket on the screen "how do you know this guy??"
"We.. uh used to travel... together.. " Felicity didnt know how to say it. Was she supposed to say He is my best friend who is a timelord from Gallifrey. We met when he stole me from my home when I was 7, and we travelled through time and space in a police public call box Felicity shook her head nope."You dont seem certain" Oliver said raising his eyebrows. "I am very.. very.. very certain" Felicity quickly replied.
"Are you sure he can help us??" Roy asked not very impressed. "I am" Felicity smiled when she remembered the first time they met. She was at home alone and she was scared of the monsters in her wardrobe. She would ask Santa (even when it wasnt Christmas) to get help to keep the monsters away. Then one day he arrived in a police public call box and made them go away. She then travelled with him, and she wasnt alone any more. He saved her., countless times.
"Okay.. whats his name?" Oliver asked. "His name" Felicity sighed "is the Doctor"
Next to her she swore she could hear the sounds of the Tardis. "Roy did you leave the door open?" Oliver asked. Roy shook his head "No.. maybe Diggle came in"
"It cant be" Felicity whispered out of excitement. Suddenly a strong wind blew and there it stood in front of Felicity the Tardis. Crap! Felicity whispered under her breath.
"What the frack!!! " Roy shouted. Oliver when to touch the Tardis but was stopped by the doors of the Tardis opening.
Felicity couldnt help herself as she screamed and cried "Doctor!"
She ran to him and wrapped her arms around him. He hugged her back "Where has time gone" he whispered to himself as he kissed her head. Felicity started to cry but then stopped noticing Oliver and Ray looking confused.
"Oh uh,Doctor this is Oliver Queen and Roy Harper" Felicity said pointing at them "Oliver and Roy this is.. the Doctor"
"Nice to meet you" Oliver said. "You too... now I need your help" the Doctor said as he clapped his hands together. "Of course any-" Oliver started but the Doctor spoke again "Not you, I mean Felicity"
Oliver looked puzzled. "Felicity may I talk to you for a second?"
She nodded and followed him out the door.
"Who the hell is he??" Oliver could barely whisper. "He's the Doctor" she replied.
"Felicity he just appeared out of no where, I meant if he is human ot not"
Felicity sighed "He is a timelord from the planet Gallifrey"
"How did you meet" he asked.
"When I was 7.. he was my father figure.. he was there for me.. thats all I will tell you" She replied and stomped back in.
As soon as she stepped into the room the Doctor was at the computers watching a video. He motioned for her to come over.
When she got there she stopped breathing. The words she heard.. it couldnt be...
She concentrated hard on the recording.. the words she heard were...
