Laughing, the young man took his daughter up as she came running up to him. He spun her around and then took her in his arms. "Hello my little angel..", Sirius smiled and kissed his daughter on her forehead. "Hello..", she said glorious with her sweet, childish voice and snuggled up to her father. She was his whole pride and his only consolation in addition to his wife after the death of his best friends and its family. He looked loving at his daughter and stroked over her cheek. "How are you, my sweet?", he asked and pressed her to oneself.
The young man knew that he hasn't that much time and that he would be innocently imprisoned to azkaban. Wrongly convicted. "Well.", she answered very proud and kissed him on his nose whereupon he wrinkled his nose. As she giggled he smiled loving but sad, too, becauce for a time he was again aware of what his arrest brought with it. He couldn't watch how his little girl grows up, he couldn't take her to platform 9 ¾ and watch how she goes for the first time on the Hogwarts Express toward school and he couldn't watch her first quidditch game. All this he would miss and only one man had deprived him of all that. Only one man was guilty that Sirius wouldn't be a father vor his daughter and he has sworn to oneself that he would kill him. He searched for him but didn't find him and his time was almost to the end. "Good, my angel..", Sirius said quietly und closed his eyes as he heard the aurors behind him. They had come to take him. To tear him from his family.
As his daughter put her little hands on his cheeks, looked him in the eyes and finally clung to him he kissed her on her forehead and looked to his wife Nora. She should take Daphne and bring her inside the house, because the last thing he wanted was that his daughter had to watch how they take him away. But when Nora tried to take her away from Sirius the little girl clung fixed to her father. She began to cry when her mother took her almost brusquely away from him. "No..Don't cry, my dear..", he breathed and pulled his girls to oneself. Softly he kissed Nora and then he looked to Daphne, which looked at him from glassy eyes. "Be good, do you hear?", Sirius said quietly and pressed both to him as the little girl nodded and sobbed.
With one last kiss on Daphne's hair he left and he was arrested by the aurors. But he looked to Nora. "Keep your promises, Nora. To Daphne's will..", he pleased. Sirius had made her promise that she would marry again after his arrest. A Pureblood which could offer them all what he wasn't able to. Which would be a husband for Nora and a loving father for Daphne. The last thing he notived was that Nora pressed her little daughter to oneself so Daphne didn't see how her father got arrested and Nora nodded. Sirius knew that Nora would do what she promised.
Padfoot closed his eyes and felt in the next moment that he was hitten by a Stupefy and he fell to the ground. Apparently they were all afraid of him and maybe that was good for them, because he would try everything to get back to his family. Everything.
