It was a long day for Molly Weasley. She was nine months pregnant with her 6th child and she still spent most of her days chasing her boys around and she was never happier.
but it was nice to have a break and these appointments with the Saint Mongos's healers were as of now a clam escape. Well usually, today she had all of her young boys in tow due to her husbands busy work day at the ministry as she sat with waiting with her boys running amok in the lobby a yonug witch with long red hair sat in the seat near hers. The witch was obviously pregnant but also wore a look of slight nervousness which wasn't uncommon during these dark times many magical folks barely left their houses these days especially alone. Molly went back to reading her copy of the Daily Prophet but was midly aware of the young witch watching her children playing together she remembered the looming fear of being a new mother and chose to break the silence.
"Is it your first?" "wh-Oh! yes" said the woman looking at Molly.
"It's a wonderful thing, being a mum it's a whole new kind of love. I'm Molly by the way"
"Lilly, and I believe it, I haven't even met the little guy and I love him so much me and my husband are over the moon." Molly took in the image of this young woman and thought about how much this war had excceled some relasoships and wondered how long this woman had been married for. Ever since the rise of he-who-must-not-be-named Molly had heard of kids as young as 18 getting married.
" Oh your having a little boy? As you can probally tell I'm no stranger to that, they steal your heart I tell you."
Lilly glanced again at all the little boys running around with flaming red hairand chuckled " I bet, they are very handsom do you know what your having?" Molly flashed a small smile "Another little boy his brothers are pretty excited."
"I bet!" said lilly laughing. Lilly sighed and looked at Molly and asked the question she had been dying to ask a mother since he moment she had found out she was pregnant with James's son.
" Are you ever scared? You know with everything that's going on in the world now? That something will happen to you or your husband...or you know" liily said looking down at her belly "them"
Molly gave a small weary smile and looked at her own belly and her little boys who were now pretnding to get sorted into their hogwarts houses.
"Yes,all the time, but all we can do is let them know they are SO loved and no matter what we will always be there for our children and that" Molly lowerd her voice and said "There are heros out there fighting and these people are brave, braver than I, you know that mysterious group the Order of Phoenix? My husband works for the minstery and says that this group of witches and wizards is whats going to change this war and stop him.
At this Lilly smiled and blimed away tears this woman would never know how meaningful her wors were. "Thank you Molly, that is a very good thought." "Now." said Molly "no more tears you have a happy event comming soon like I said being a mum is the best job ever."
Just then a witch in healers robes came out and called Molly back. Lilly and Molly said their good byes and shared one last look and smiled.

A year later when the news broke about the death of you know who Molly hugged her boys and cried for the mysterious young family that was the last to be torn apart but it had been so long since that day at saint mongos that she never knew that she had met the mother Lilly Potter.
