Alfred entered the bar to see, it only half full with most of its guests drunk. Perfect. He went up on stage with his guitar, and sat down on the stool. He began to strum his guitar, to began his sorrowful tune.

"I fell in love with a man, Who couldn't cook a damn thing."

Alfred remembered all the times he would come home to see his kitchen up in smoke, while his boyfriend tried to take out the flames with a fire extinguisher.

"His eyes were the greenest green, that I ever seen."

Alfred had just rammed into some random guy while he was rollerblading in the park. Alfred ears were plugged for a second so he couldn't understand the angry man yelling at him. What he did notice, when he looked up, was two beautiful forest green eyes, that held so much mystery that Alfred knew he had to crack.

"He always did tell me, that he could see the unseen."

One day, as Alfred came out to the patio to visit his boyfriend, Alfred saw him talking to something in mid-air. He decided to lean on the window doorway, and watch.

"Oh flying mintbunny, did you make a new friend." He starting fanning his hand forward. "Oh you naughty girl!" "Hey, babe, who you talkin to?" He looked at me. "I'm having a conversation with flying mintbunny Alfred, she seems to be having a little affair with the flying strawberryfox next door." "Yeaaaaah, I don't see anything." "What! but she's right there!" "Babe, come inside, you've been under the sun all day." Alfred walked back inside the house. "Alfred come back here! I'm not crazy! flying mintbunny is real!"

"But I didn't listen, No, I didn't listen . . ."

Alfred paused, and breathe out slowly.

"Now my baby, has moved on, he no longer cares."

Why was I stupid?

"We broke up an hour ago, I never felt so sad."

Alfred could hear a distance cling of bells from the bar's doorway.

"Because the truth is, I love him, with my whole entire heart."

I love you Arthur.

"He was the light of my day, An, oh, so very smart."

I couldn't recall a day, that Arthur didn't help me out with something. Ever since I gotten that promotion to become CEO at my company, life had turn hectic. Especially the paperwork. But as soon as I got home, Arthur was there to help me with a smile on his face, never fussing or complaining. He was like an angel from heaven, and the way the lights from the roof gave his hair a certain glow, he resembled one. A beautiful, magical one.

"But he wouldn't listen, No, he just kept walking away."

I tried to explain to him, that what I said to him, was a mistake. He just stormed out of our apartment and never looked back.

"And I admit, I cried a little, . . . I miss him already."

Alfred looked down, allowing that last line sink into him.

"I fell in love with a man, Who had an amazing smile."

Alfred looked up, faster than a speeding bullet, to see Arthur near the doorway with a few tears in his eyes.

"He always took my breath away, he believed he was a hero."

Arthur slowly made his way to the stage.

"It took me an hour or two, but I finally realise."

He climbed the steps, one at a time.

"What you ment to say, this whole time, was, . . . "

Arthur stood facing Alfred.

"That you only wanted me - "

"To be mine." Alfred stood up, leaving the guitar leaning on the stool.

"Forever." They both finished together.

Arthur smiled. "Yes, Alfred F. Jones, I'll marry you."

The people who weren't that drunk clapped, as for the performers, well, instead of bowing, they kissed. Soon to be wed. THE END.

I am very proud if I do say so myself. I personally wrote that song. Sorry for no updates but my laptop broke, and most of my writing got deleted before my eyes, like COME ON!

So that really let down my spirits. But luckily I had inspiration at the last second and a handy dandy kindle, so I hope you enjoyed my fanfiction. Reviews are welcome.
