First, HM fic so hope you like it? Oh well, enjoy!

"Sheesh, May, it was just a beetle!" Stu exclaimed with his mouth opened wide for those words to be said while he looked at May who was crying . . .

. . . over a stupid bug that he had shown her.

"But it was scary, Stu!" May sobbed. "It was just a bug!" Stu exclaimed yet again.

"Good day, kids- oh my, what happened, May?" Carter's greeting had been replaced by his concern over one of the kids he was taking care of.

"It was just a beetle nothing like a scratch . . . " Stu said with his eyebrows curved.

"There, there, May, do you want me to prepare ice-cream for you so that you can be cheered up once again?" Carter smiled warmly as May sniffed.
"That would be nice." May smiled sweetly as Stu flinched.

"She gets ice cream just because of a bug?!" Stu yelled before he pouted his bottom lip with annoyance.
"Tut, tut, Stu. The Harvest Goddess will forgive if you apologize to May right now." Carter warned him sincerely.

"But, I show my bugs to my sister everyday and I turned out to be ALIVE!" Stu complained with exaggeration as Carter just sighed.

"Besides, I showed her that bug as a gift for her birthday." Stu said sadly.
"Now isn't that something." Carter rejoiced with a good chuckle.
"Kids, these days. Both of you will have some ice-cream then!" Carter then hummed joyfully his way inside the Church to prepare the snack for them.

"You just said that so that you can get ice-cream, too!" May pointed out as Stu gave a reply:

His tongue stuck out fondly.

"That was mean! Carter's nice!" May said with disappointment and anger mixed inside her.
"I know he is!" Stu chuckled cutely.
"Ladybugs or butterflies are the only bugs I like, you know." May informed.

"They're for girls!" Stu said dumbly as May just stared at her playmate.

"I still don't forgive you because you made me cry on my birthday!" May whined.
"And you're alive because your sister forgives you since all the grown ups are like that now." May pointed out as Stu had his eyes opened wide . . .

. . . he knew that was true.

"Oh, come on! I want to get a toy this Winter!" Stu exclaimed as May giggled.
"Ok, you're forgiven in one condition!" May giggled again.
"What then?" Stu asked plainly with a tint of annoyance.

"We will have a matchmaking business!" May beamed as Stu sweatdropped.

Why didn't he just show May a caterpillar?

They're cool and turn to butterflies, anyway!

Poor Stu, indeed.

They'll be matchmaking Rick and Karen in the next chappie ;) I actually don't like that pairing but what can I do, huh? :o
Will update as soon as I can! n.n
