Lisbeth was standing in Kyle's living room already making new plans for his house. They started talking about what she had said on the radio interview and that she says she still loved him.
"What I said was the truth"
Lisbeth said and continued on
"I still love you and I always will."
There was a moment of silence.
Then Kyle spoke with a bit of sadness in his voice.
"You left."
"And I wish I hadn't, I think about that everyday."
They looked each other in the eyes, Lisbeth then went in for a kiss. Kyle broke up the kiss when he heard a door slam. He went to the door. And then he went outside, he barely caught a glimpse of a women with short hair leave in a hurry. MEGAN.
"Megan!" He tried calling after her but she wouldn't acknowledge him.
Then she stopped in silence and waited for him to say something.
"It's not what you think."
"Yeah, what am I thinking right now." Her back still facing him.
He cleared his throat."Um… you are probably thinking that I set you up and that this was all a joke."
"Yeah those thoughts may have entered my mind, but before I let myself become angered and upset, there is something that I need to tell you." She slowly started to turn around and face him. He could see the mascara slowly run down her face.
"What?"
"My director… um he kissed me the night of the bonfire, but I left before anything happened."
No one spoke for a good five minutes. They just stared into each other's eyes.
"I'm sorry." They both said in unison.
They both walked closer to each other and could see the hurt they caused in each other.
"I love you Kyle and I'm sorry, and you never have to see me again…" She quickly said and then started to walk away.
"Wait!" He jogged after her and told her that she was the only person he wanted to spend his life with.
She sniffed, and he could tell that she had been crying. "I don't understand why you love me." Megan said while stuttering and sobbing. He felt hurt at her words. But he noticed that she was fast walking towards him. She kissed him passionately and the moment seemed to last forever.
