Breathe of sunshine

He didn't know exactly why he was here. He just was. In this timeless cycle of life and death, he was in the middle of it.
But so was she the one he loved to hate. She never asked why, he had these words for her and her alone. He was just a loner, a fake. Even though he knew he was real...real enough for her to know why he acted the way he did. Confusing, and cereal, angry yet calm.

Neutral is a good way to describe him. But it is also a good way to describe her. He knew why he hated her, why he loathed too be around her; because she understood him to well, been there before. Heard the things he heard, just in a different context. His father gave it to him in angry harsh words to him it stung like a dagger has been imbedded into his chest. Her father said it calmly in a way that mocked her heart, tore at her confidence, and wrecked her very being. A whip encased in velvet, beautiful and dangerous. And it hurt like hell. He knew what he does hurt's her more than her father's ways. He did it anyway. Just to get her away. She was too breaking down his walls; his walls of sand. What she didn't know about him was that he was close to invading her barriers of the purest of liquids; water, her water. They both don't know who will succeed. In the end they are both fighting for each other. Not blood or respect, but their hearts wrapped in a silk blue hair ribbon.

Chapter one: facade

His flame red hair was noticeable from her spot on the roof. It always was a game to her. Who will get the others attention first. She always won with a flick of her long navy hair over her slim shoulder and a tug on the skinny tank top she wore to reveal more skin then necessary. She felt his sea foam eyes watching her, examining her every move like some science project on display that intrigued him to no end. She traced the necklace he gave her when they were children with the tip of an unpainted finger tip. He has changed noticeably. That fact scared her sometimes. She knew what would happen, for there is fine line between love and hate....

To him this was a challenge. And oh how he loved challenges. Especially when his challanger was always changing, always moving from one place to the next. When he had heard Her clan was found dead in a similar fashion the Uchiha massacre all those years ago. It was an unconscience reaction to go and see for himslef. Only for this massacre her older brother did not kill them- the girl did not even have an elder sibling to blame. But she watched it happen, and knew it had hurt her.

He knew she was glad this crisis was over for. No more family, and no more clan drama that would always follow her no matter what happens.. except her lone cousin she adored. No matter how much he hated her...She was willing to gve up her life for his hatred to disperse.

And the red head held the deepest hatred for him. Something like love for a family member should be treasured. Just like he....he would give up anything for his elder siblings to not be afraid of him. Cant they see he couldn't hurt them even if he tried.

That's why he loved to hate her....Loved to see her crying face she showed so little of...It made her all the more beautiful in his eyes. And he resented her for that. Resented himself for that feeling....he didnt even know what to call this feeling. He was a monster..and monsters they cant have feeling.

For Gaara Sabaku could not love an angel like Hinata Hyuuga.
