"Just wrench it."
"Wrench it? It's pushed through you!"
"B'fine. Wake up… twenty-two minutes."
"You know how long you'll be passed out?"
He sucked in a breath. "Come on, Sam. Pull it."
"How do you know?"
"I'm bleeding into my thyroid or something and you're asking questions. How old are you?"
"How do you know how long?"
"Dad used to… time it sometimes."
"That's horrible."
"Oh, for god's sake. He didn't hold a watch and skewer me. On hunts sometimes. Pull!"
"No way. You'll bleed when I pull it out."
"I answered the question, bitch."
"And I already called 911."
